First time ever going to the store was a couple weeks ago after our washer quit working. Walked in and was greeted right away by Jose! He was so helpful and made our shopping super easy! We got in and out with our washer within an hour! Because of the great and helpful customer service Jose gave us, we will definitely be back!
George is always amazing with helping us find what we need and being honest and friendly through our whole transaction. Makes us always happy to come back! We bought our washer and dryer, a dresser and now our stove! Love this store!

George was extremely helpful. Not only did he assist me with my purchase but he helped calm my nerves. He kept the final price fair and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our purchase.
**Caution when calling they do not like to answer anything about their products or services**. I called the store with some questions about items sold on the website. The "gentlemen" that answered was rude and condescending. He didn't offer to have me to come in and view products they have at the store or even to assist to getting me the number to speak to someone who would know the information. I called locally to see maybe they would have it in here but after asking 2 questions the "gentlemen" proceed to say you not going to get it for that price and hang up on me. Talk about quality customer service at it's finest. Absolutely the worst customer service!!
I like to thank George and Jose for being so professional. George helped me with how to file a claim and Jose helped me with the claim resolution. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and patient.
Justin at American Freight was very professional and attentive to the items that I needed to purchase today. He kept me within my budget and I’d recommend any friend or family member to him in the future.
We were in the store today looking for furniture with our son and girlfriend. Absolutely loved when we walked in we were acknowledged but noone flocked us and let us look around at our leisure. We went to another local store and left without looking to much because we were swarmed as soon as we walked in the door. I advised the salesperson we were just looking and said we will find you if we need help. She followed us around like a dog. That totally turned us away. George was absolutely amazing! I would recommend George and this location to all my friend and family
