I had the best experience ever! This was my very 1st MRI the staff from my initial appointment setting, to check in and the technician that did the MRI were all great. They were kind, informative and walked me through step by step. I even got to jam out to 90’s R&B while in the machine I highly recommend checking them out

Customer service is non existent, with no care or consideration for patients needing treatment asap. After waiting 4 hours for them to process the urgent care request, I completed all paperwork online, but their site didn’t work correctly for me to upload my insurance. Supposedly they called me to take insurance info, but when the phone didn’t ring on their side by the way, I have no missed calls, they didn’t think “hmm, that was probably an error - let me try again.” They also never called to tell me I would need to reschedule the appointment since my insurance info wasn’t in the system. So I showed up 24 hours later to my appointment, only to be told I need to come back in 4 days. Complete lack of care, sense of urgency or consideration for a patient needing a scan ASAP. Highly disappointed and will definitely not be coming back here unless absolutely necessary.

Very professional and friendly. Explained the process thoroughly and definitely felt at ease during the procedure. Brady and Kaitlyn were excellent techs. Went quickly and was a great experience! Especially since MRI’s are no fun!!!

Very pleasant experience for a pelvic MRI. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and a comfortable waiting room. The tech let me choose my favorite music from Spotify to help me get through the scan. All in all, very happy with the service I received today. Ask for Brady! He’s a great tech.

Very disappointed with the lack of service and organization with this location. I was instructed to check in at 7:30 for my 8:30 appointment. Upon my arrival I waited at the front desk for 10-15 minutes while the receptionist was attempting to print a receipt for the patient ahead of me. The receptionist checked me in at 7:47. She asked me to complete the paperwork and midway through completing my paperwork I was informed I wouldn’t be able to be seen today because I needed to have started consuming the contrast at 7:30. If you are aware I needed to start drinking the contrast at 7:30 why set my arrival time 7:30. I should have been requested to arrive at 7:00 to complete checkin and start consuming the contrast for 7:30! I could understand the mistake if this was the first time, however this is the second time this has happened. The first time I was told to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment time only to be told I couldn’t be seen because I didn't not arrive 1 hour prior to my appointment time. At this point, I would rather travel ANYWHERE IN THE STATE rather than be seen here. Completely unorganized and incompetent staff. American Health Imaging has NO respect for people’s time.

Had a wonderful experience at AHI in Marietta. Technician was patient and professional and made me feel comfortable during what can be a very stressful experience. I will absolutely use this facility in again for all my scanning needs in the future.

Seriously, I went in apprehensive because I knew I was getting an injection before my MRI and I absolutely loathe injections. But every staff member I encountered was so pleasant and personable. I always felt heard and never simply tolerated.

The staff members were wonderful and the facility was clean. Very easy to get through the exam. Much appreciated!

The Marietta location was very accommodating and professional today. The young ladies who did my scan were the best I have had .

Great place! Friendly staff, attended me quickly and accommodated their best to my needs. 10/10 would recommend!
