- Apartment Building Loans at 80% loan to value on some programs.

I am a 65 year old professional. I expect to be treated in a professional manner. This was not my first real estate purchase. I found John Ratkovich's behavior American Home Finance, Inc. abysmal! Although any escrow agent will tell you that since the "tightening", the underwriters will require more documentation than God has ever seen, John didn't bother to mention this up front and in fact denied this certainty afterwards. Furthermore when his agent, Alvin Alexander, e-mailed him and requested a loan rate lock in, John was asleep at the wheel and we will be paying extra for his mistake for the next 30 years. Did he offer to "make it right?" No- just another excuse. -Barry Reder, D.D.S.
