This program is for beginners to advanced martial arts practitioners seeking to develop or polish life-saving and lethal close quarter combat skills.
Shihan Dai Vince Cecere has taught close Quarter combat at the John F Kennedy school of Special Warfare at Fort Bragg NC, The US Naval War College and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco GA. He holds a 4th degree black belt in Atemi Ryu JuJitsu under Grand Master Phillip Chenique and a 4th degree black belt in Sanuces Ryu JuJitsu under Dr. Moses Powell.

The 2002 humanitarian of the year award from the Eastern USA Martial Arts Black Belt Hall of Fame.
The 2007 UMAHOF International Black Belt Association Master Instructor of
the year.
The 2007 Florida cosmopolitan Black Belt Hall of fame instructor of the
year.
He has also received a special award from NY/NJ Port Authority Police Anti Terrorism Unit for his arrest and control tactics. As well as special recognition in 2002 for his work as an F.A.A safety counselor with the Federal Aviation Administration with the F.A.A. appointing him Safety Counselor of the year in 2004.
