American Pride Bank

When trying to get cash out of their ATM machine after hours the machine jammed up and ripped and kept half of one of the $20 bills. The other money had to be carefully pulled out of their machine because it was malfunctioning. After calling the bank and speaking with their representative they basically told me everything balanced on their end everything was working fine, therefore nothing could be done. The representative also spoke to the manager and confirmed that because no issues showed on their end there is nothing they could do. Very Disappointed in their service.

Is the worst bank I would not do business with them they tell me one amounts in my account come back the next day to withdraw money and they tell me my account is negative and I owe them money I will not do business with this Bank they are the worst

Great service. They remember your name. I’ve never had any problems with them.
