I ordered an aux cable for my head unit and it took over 2 weeks to come in when they said it would take 3 days and after it finally did come in they never called me to tell me it was in. I had to call them and ask. I also asked if he could take 2 minutes of his time to take a quick check of my own install and he said he was "too busy" closing up his shop. Clearly he would rather go home 5 minutes earlier than have any more of my business. Decent shop buy I'm not going back. They think they're better than they really are and they try to sell you equipment that isn't as good as they say it is.
Long story short, i let them put in a system in my mustang with amp and woofers in the trunk as well. Neither were mounted right an i had to fasten them both down correctly my self when i got home. So i started taking all my work to digital audio in Duluth, GREAT PLACE BTW. Digital has done 3 or 4 cars for me since, all reasonably priced and great jobs. I no longer work in the Duluth area so i went by American Audio to get a quote on installing a double din navigation, satellite, DVD player for me i have. The quote was $550. I thought wow, that seems high, let me check digital audio in Duluth and shore enough $285 guess where i am going to have my stereo installed, yep. Digital Audio in Duluth. I cannot believe this place stays open or people are just to stupid to do their homework and pay the crazy prices! Not this guy. Hope this helps other people out, i would definitely shop around and not go here.
