The people here are amazing!! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are good and they typically have what you need in stock. They have a ton of examples of products up on the walls so there's no guesswork. There are also several catalogs on the counter if need be.

I didn't really know what I was doing or asking for and I asked the guy for some help and he was kind of rude they do sell american-made stuff the prices are fair a little more maybe 30% more than you could buy them for cheap but I think it's worth it to buy American stuff overall I had a so-so experience had the guy been at least helpful it would have been 100%. The secretary was nicer than he was

ATTENTION RIGGER'S MANAGMENT! Awesome customer service experience. This was my first time to this business, and I have to say that I was impressed. I was trying to rent a trailer for my skid steer, but the hooks on their safety chains were too small for my truck. This was my third stop that morning after going to a hardware store and a truck upfitter, neither of which had what I needed. Needless to say, by the time I got to Rigger's, I wasn't in a very good mood. The sales advisor offered a couple different options and even took me out into the warehouse so I could see the part up close to make a decision. Once I chose the hooks I wanted, he told me "don't worry about paying now since your not entirely sure they will work. If they work for you, you can come back and pay." Mind you, this guy didn't know me from a hole in the wall, and he was trusting me to come back if it worked out to pay. I paid before I left, and turns out, the hooks I had gotten at Rigger's worked perfectly and I was able to get the work done that I needed to. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO OTHERS, AND IT WILL BE MY FIRST STOP NEXT TIME INSTEAD OF MY 3rd. Well done.

Real knowledgeable on anything that has to do with rigging .They keep alot of inventory so you can usually pick up same day. Everone I have ever delt with was friendly and could answer questions I had

Ordered some cables of different lengths and diameter had everything ready for pickup about two weeks later even loaded my truck for me

If they don't have it, they can get it or build it. The rating tags they use are pretty heavy duty and will last a good long while. And for USACE projects that's a must have.
