Used a unit with her for about 2 years and it was great. All my stuff stayed safe and sound and if I ever needed any assistance she was just a call away.

I have been using this place for years and my experience has been nothing less than exceptional. The service is outstanding with special compliments to Kami-- she consistently goes above and beyond while always looking out for the best interest of the customer, and furthermore with a smile on her face. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a storage facility in the area!

My unit got flooded due to rain, & was never asked to purchase renters insurance until I reported it. There is no drainage for the water to escape where my unit is situated, & now my furniture is ruined and everything is moldy & smells like mildew. Months prior, I was offered a discount if I wrote a good review, but didnt get the discount, so now I’m retracting on that review, to provide this honest review. I’m very disappointed, to say the least.

I have been renting multiple storage units since 2014 and have never had a better experience. Kami is the best! She is always quick to respond and her customer service is above excellent. I feel like my belongings are in good hands.

The customer service here is amazing. Kami has gone way out of her way to assist me in my 2 years of service with this company. I highly recommend American self storage. She will treat you as if she's known you forever!!! Good people!!

Found myself in a situation where a storage unit was inevitable. Turns out, there are LOTS of choices in Liberty Hill, but only one that guarantees the lowest price AND gives 1st month discounts to boot! American has it all! There are numerous sizes to suit your needs, they are clean , secure and they offer climate controlled or not! The absolute best part of dealing with American is that you get to meet Kami! She is fantastic! Her energy amazes me and it is contagious! She tells you what you need to know. She's not pushy but super enthusiastic! She make going there fun! Kudos American for doing it right!

Kami is absolutely amazing!!! She has the best professional attitude I have ever dealt with. She's caring, understanding and very loving....she has been so helpful in our situations. I adore her and the company! We live in Georgia and have been paying on our storage with them since 2014, so hands down no matter how far we are , we are blessed to have them as our storage facility! I chose this business because they are local, not corporate or franchised. That means no up-selling, no ridiculous admin fees, no overseas phone service, no exorbitant advance notice for move out. But you do get first-name, face-to-face, honest dealings. Kami was helpful - even gave me her personal cell phone when I was driving in late at night from Wyoming. 5 stars, highly recommended.

The people who work there are so nice and understanding always helpful. Candy is who I had my interactions with and always very nice and willing to help out any way she can. Also loved talking to her. If you need storage I would go to American Storage
