American Traders has been designing and building wooden canoes for over 30 years. Our master builders have decades of experience and have the same care and committment to the craft today as the early builders.
We are the largest builder of classic cedar canoes and rowboats in the world. With 17 different canoe models built to exceptional standards in either Glass/Epoxy or traditional canvas. Our model range insures that there is a model to meet all but the wildest whitewater conditions.
We also manufacture a range of canoe furniture and display canoes that like works of art are perfect for the cabin, lodge and living room. The simplicity and natural beauty of our full size canoes has been captured in this indoor furniture. And these unique furnishings are all hand built by the same skilled craftsmen that build our full size canoes.
