Alyssa was a wonderful wonderful help. Anytime I would call her in a panic. She would call me down and explain things to me and jump right on the case whatever the problem was, I would definitely America’s choice anybody who has tax debt with the IRS. Alissa Lopez is such a thoughtful diligent employee. She has helped me navigate after a major Stroke. She has guided me with kindness and knowledge to help rectify my IRS problems created by a lump sum pension payment for disability that half of payment should of been taxed 7 months after I suffered from a Work ending Stroke in 2017. First off I want to say that when I first started with America's Choice Tax I was a little stressed because of the amount of money that I owed the IRS & even though it took 2 years of wheeling and dealing I'm very satisfied with the outcome. I'm most happy with not having to pay accrued interest anymore. Thanks to Alyssa for having to deal with me for the 2 years but we finally got everything squared away. I want to say to the people out there that I don't have the patience for anything & going through this situation didn't help but Alyssa really guided me & put it in simple terms for me & I was able to have the patience to get this done. I called these guys out of the blue thought it was a scam. Then I talk to this guy Nick on the phone, this guy was awesome! He totally walked me through the whole process and made me feel very confident in my decision. As far as I’m concerned, this man deserves a raise. I have been working these people from 2020 and I have not gotten anything done. I keep getting the run around or asking me for more money, or continuously asking me for more documents. I told them that I wouldn’t pay anything else until I found out how much I owed. When I first signed up my case manager was amazing then literally about a month later she stop working there and I got a new one her name was Alissa. I feel like there is a breakdown in communication between us and nothing ever gets done. Honestly I am about done with them and look for another company to help because this is ridiculous. I feel like I wasted my money almost two grand for nothing. Because nothing has been done. I honestly want my money back. Because I know I’m gona keep getting the run around.

Took a great deal of our money and didn’t do a thing… after 3 years they set up payment plan with IRS - anyone can do that… thanks for nothing! ****update - spoke with manager Laura at length and we are trying a new course of action. Hopefully this will work out after all… ***second update - things have changed - Laura O. the manager took our case over & resolved it today thanks to some hard work, and managed to get the entire amount we owed to the IRS waived. Can’t thank you enough my faith in ACTR has been revived.
