Totally impressed with both the professionalism, service and integrity from Werner at Americas Mobility. I stopped in unannounced this morning before store hours hoping to get some help because without my scooter I am house bound. My front wheel bearings had went out Saturday. When I explained to Werner what happened he grabbed my scooter, smiled and said give me ten minutes. Forgot to check the clock but I believe the repair was completed and I was on my way still before the store opened at probably 1/3 of what I expected to pay. Need I say I highly recommend Americas Mobility for all your needs.

We have been there several times,the first time to have a ramp stabilized. Very friendly and works fast. Had a new ramp installed for an electric wheelchair, and the chair. Needed to get a new arm rest and our PT brought the old one in so Werner could see it and he sent a new one out and it fit perfectly. Always a pleasure doing business with him. Great company

Was looking for an electric mobile scooter. So glad I found this location. Went to location, which had more scooters then I thought. Picked a few out. Tested them and bought a “Pride 4 wheeler”. Owner, Werner, was extremely knowledgeable and guided me in the right direction. Price was excellent! A totally professional operation with concern for customers needs. I’m 81and, Werner, went overboard in making sure I would get the correct scooter for me. Thank you so very much.

Visited this place Because my power scooter didn't work. He checked it over and called me back the next day. It was just a loose wire and fixed in 30 minutes. Fixed for less than $35! He also will come to your home to fix your power chair. Highly recommend this shop for a used, new or one that needs to be fixed. Best experience yet.

Very pleased. Came in with damaged wheelchair wheels, while other DM companies couldn't help, this company had it done in one day.

I called to inquire if they do tune ups on Mobility Scooters, but when I mentioned the brand name he stated that he did not know that brand and refuses to work on it! Just a simple tune up aren't they all about the same layout?!

The store was not available to help people in need even after it was supposedly opened. So little confidence in his own family taking care of customers, he should not even be in business.
