My first room was awful with dirty walls and floors. Bedspread had stains and the room smelled like a wet ashtray. She kindly moved me to another room that was much cleaner. That room only had stained bedspread and smelled like a not so dirty ashtray, but still smelled. The bathroom ceiling paper was peeling from initial work they were doing on the hotel. It may be nice when they're done but, I won't be staying there again.
The hotel overall is nice, nice breakfast and pool. The rooms are nasty, but they are currently renovating. Carpets are stained, nasty hand/foot prints on the wall, hole in the bathroom door. They also made us give them $100 cash at check-in to hold while we were here which was a total surprise. It wasn't the worst experience, but I will not stay here again.
Stayed two nights. The staff was very friendly, but the rooms are horrible. The bathroom door didn’t close, the carpet had so many stains on it, the lights flickered every few minutes, the room had a horrible smell, and we found a spider on our bed on the second morning. We were leaving that morning, so I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to make it a big deal. I understand that the rooms are affordable, but I expect more than this.
Im giving this a 10 star rating!!! We felt very welcome here. Everyone was very friendly and the most helpful, smiling faces I've seen in a long time. We were greeted and checked in by Jeffery and Lisa. Ben, a staff member, was very courteous and helpful.. He wanted to make sure everything was okay with our room..It was excellent actually..Thank you for taking time to ask and pointing us in the right direction The housekeeping very friendly to us as well. Everything was exceptionally clean. running smooth..lights all worked...the room stayed a comfy temp..It was a peaceful stay. The balcony was awesome..chairs to sit outside on and getting to sit outside and relax under the stars in the evening..Loved it!! Thank you all for a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're wanting a peaceful, clean, relaxing place to stay. = A+
The room was awful first floor, apparently the only floor renovated is the third floor. The carpet was filthy! The bathroom was so tiny your knees would get hit by the door if you were sitting on the toilet. The paint on the walls is old and dirty. The bed linens didn’t smell bad but smelled stale. The TV is old and the picture is really dark. Everything is either stained or dirty, everywhere I look! I feel scammed by the pictures I saw online of a beautiful modern room. Do NOT stay here for the false advertising alone. It shouldn’t be Russian roulette of whether or not you get a beautiful room or one you don’t even want to walk on the carpet in.
Checked in, and got all unpacked, was about to shower and the shower knob was missing making it impossible to use the shower. Told front desk girls, they had to move us rooms, which was inconvenient when your half way dressed have to pack up all your belongings n move rooms. Once i got into another room i proceeded to attempt to take shower n got in the tub only to see a used bar of soap with hair on it in the shower n a used bottle of shampoo. At that point I was disgusted feeling like obviously they might not have even cleaned the tub out from a previous person if they still had there used bar of soap in there. I called the front desk n told them, the young girls didn't seem to care and told me they were really booked yesterday n the housekeeping probably just over looked it. At that point I was ready to leave and go else where but it was 9 at night so I didn't want that hassle. But I would never recommend anyone stay in that dump. It smells n really needs to be updated. For 70$ I was expecting allot more than what I experienced. Oh wait but the manager was kind enough to discount my terrible night with them a nice 20$ still even 50 bucks was not worth that dump.
We stayed here for a soccer tournament. The rooms was nice, but microwave was left dirty, we was told the pool was ready, but it was green and closed, while the outside sign said seasonal pool. Hotel seemed clean, and the breakfast was good but not managed well. I choose this place, because it was affordably and it had a pool for my 3 kids. I would stay here again, if I didn't have kids with me.
Big free breakfast, always have tea and coffee by the front desk. Friendly staff, decent rooms. The other guest are a little off, and the carpet on our room was badly stained. Overall I'd stay again. Bar accros the street was okay
Let's start off with front desk, very rude! No customer service! The doors to go in did not work, so you had to manually shut it. Took over an hour to get our room, even after reserving it at 8:00 a.m. that morning, when I gotcha there at 3:00 they said only 1 housekeeper showed up for work! Finally at 4:30 we got our room. The carpet leading up to the room was filthy and needed to be vacuumed. Finally get into the room and there's no hot water. The neighbors dog barked all night. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life! It was like the Bates motel!
You cannot beat this price. When you need a quick and cheap place to stay I definitely recommend them. We travel alot for my girlfriend Jiu jitsu and money can be hard sometimes, the first time we stayed here were worried but the rooms are nice,clean, and affordable! The beds are comfy and the housekeeper was sweet. My only complaint was that we were supposed to have a complimentary breakfast but they gave it all out the day before so for two days we didn't get the breakfast that was included in our price.
