When I made the appointment I was told I would get a call the day of with a time and would get a safety check being I was a new customer and they would give me an invoice to pay.  They never called and came when I was home but didn't even ring the bell to let me know they were here.  I found out by getting a text message. I got nothing I was promised - no call, no safety check and no invoice.  I called customer service and the woman basically said sorry and too bad and they would mail me an invoice which I have still not received so can't pay it.  To top it off, the driver went over the edge of my paver driveway and sunk in the edge of the driveway so now I need to pay to get that fixed

I appreciate Amerigas as they always keep our tank "topped off" and we don't have to worry about running out.  I called about buying our tank out right and they gave me all the pros and cons about that option.  They were courteous and helpful.

Arrived when scheduled, fill properly, and did no damage to our property.

Not even a 1 star!!!!!!!!!!!   This Company is the WORST EVER!!!!  Customer Service is in the toilet & all they do is take your money Over Charge!!!  I hate this Company & the inconvenience it creates.  We pay ALL this money for gas, deliveries, and we DO NOT have HEAT!!!!  Now they want to charge me some more!!!  Highway Robbery!!!! I'm calling the BBB!!!

The worst customer service ever. This company takes no responsibility for their service and inconveniences and lies to customers. It did not use to be this way. Their change to centralized customer service is a disservice to their customers. Extremely frustrated!!

At present all that I wanted was a tank and a line run for my stove in our new home  seams as America’s didn’t want my business. We have a lot of renovations going on at the house   Currently the stove is all that needs to have a propane supply.   I know that there will be a propane gas water heater installed fairly soon as well as a new heating system and a fire place.  Yet they’re not at all interested in bringing out a tank  making the stove connection until the other items are done.  Well that’s not happening overnight. So Amerigas won’t be serving my home. If I were rating my service for the first 18 years I have had their service it would have been 5 stars. However the last couple of years it has been much different. The last week of trying to deal with them has me shopping for a new provider. They have become totally disconnected from their customers as others have experienced.

Delivery was punctual and accurate.   Attempting to get help from customer service prior to getting an order in was dismal!!!

Called them to get new service for my home. Guy was very nice and said he put it in the system for them to call me to talk about how much and to set up an appointment. I waited 2 days no one ever called, I called them back and they said yes I see your request I will call them now and have them call you. Been another 2 days and nothing. Bad service for someone who wants to do business with them to not get in contact in over 5 days. Lost my business.

Dealing with this company for many years ..THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS NOT GOOD AT ALL.!!! This is the second time it's happened to us in the last 3 years call for a fill-up  they say within 7 days ..& never happens this time the recording said will be here the 22nd never came called the 23rd said they'd be here before the end of the day. today is Friday the 25th still no gas two weeks waiting now.. what has happened this company has gone way down hill. will not recommend to anyone bad service !!!!
