AmeriGas Propane

Absolutely disgusting lack of service. Inaccurate billing, inability to provide propane for 5 months, multiple broken appointments and a local reputation we just learned is awful. We called 6 times in two months for propane and each promise to fill the tank was broken. We called to cancel service, the return of our rental fee and removal of the tank. Two months later the tank remains on our property, the account was not terminated and our money has not been returned. Avoid this company or risk what might be a life threatening situation for lack of propane.

Customer support services were great. I had an order that was not on time but speaking with the customer service person was great and helped to expedite my order. To those who are stating that their service is terrible should look at the factors. Delivery drivers are hard to find to keep the deliveries flowing in a timely manner. I appreciate these people working hard to keep its customers happy.

They refused to deliver propane for 6 weeks after we ordered it and no matter how many times we complained, they would not deliver. We had to get new service. Now we are trying to get them to pick up their tank that was supposed to be picked up 2 weeks ago. They do not have a date. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Our deliveries are timely and if I have a problem, the customer service agent was informative was willing and able to resolve the issue.

Easily the worst company to deal with. We ordered the expedited shipping as it was an emergency service and paid the extra $300 and they said it’ll be delivered the day of. Then they said 24 hours. They’ve been saying “today” going on the 4th day now and we have no hot water or heat and it is currently -16* outside with still no propane.

Avoid AmeriGas at all costs! Worthless company. Nothing but a headache to deal with. Their delivery schedules are totally unreasonable. Customer service is completely unhelpful. Google won't let me give them Zero Stars.

Extreme dissatisfaction, I made an expedited order five days ago and still no propane. I call customer service connected to another country with bad connection and worse problem resolution. Still unable to find out where my order is .

Horrible experience I would give them a zero if it was possible ! Technician showed up to the house we told him we didn’t need gas. He said that is fine he just need to check the gage. They charged us one hundred and fifty to five dollars. When we call about the bill it’s some overseas collection center AmeriGas didn’t have any direct contact here in the Tri-Cities. I would highly recommend “NOT” using this service!!

Not customer oriented at all. No way to contact anyone local.
