This company is useless. Can't reach anyone local anywhere outside India, REPEATEDLY get disconnected to their stupid survey while on hold. I suggest NO ONE do any business with AmeriGas.
Can only contact this company through out of state call center. No feedback from local office. Call center is very difficult to hear due to background noise on their line. Call center repeatedly drops calls and then when I call back, they have no record of the previous calls and I have to start all over with my problem. They claim I have plenty of propane in my tank, when I am under 20% with a winter storm coming tonight.
Use to be a top notch company, not anymore. By far is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Prices are unreasonably high compared to other places. They don't answer emails or phone calls either. Sat on hold for 1 hour 33 minutes and they hung up. Sent emails with no response. Multiple times I've had this happen. Do your research online and it will show what this company has become. It's not just me. Had to do a BBB complaint to get what I paid for. Now I have to do another one because of there lack of service. Paid to have our tank filled and they only filled it to 50%, in the dead of winter. Avoid this company at all costs.
Chris and Kathy do anything in their power to make it the best and most comforting experience possible. Great customer service! Repeat customer.
It’s sad your not opening the Rhinelander store. I wish you would reconsider.
