The new lady, Evian is always smiling so friendly and nice. I was upset about the new fee when you don’t have an account and she explained that I could go inside and open one for $100 and my check wouldn’t be placed on hold to avoid future fees. I may open one when time permits. Keep her she has a great attitude and personality
The drive through section is always extremely polite and helpful. They answer any questions I ever have and provide updates to any changes of policies made. I truly appreciate great customer service and support. They are a great example professionalism.
I've followed Evian since she was at Geovista Credit Union, The Heritage Bank The First Bank and now that she's here I will be opening an account!!! She has amazing customer service skills!!! At Geovists the line would be out the door because everyone would wait on her. She is amazing and always so friendly and smiling!!! Way to go Ameris for hiring such a gem!!
Ms Evian and Ms Carina are very proficient insuring all of my deposits for the theatre are validated and done in a timely manner for my business. Cash flow is always accurate. They are very polite and always a warm greeting when coming through the drive through - Thank you for all your hard work!
First-class service all the way around! I was switching multiple personal and business accounts to Ameris. I was terrified that it would be a nightmare. But the transition could not have been any smoother! They went above and beyond every step of the way. I can’t say enough good things about them. Would highly recommend. 10/10 across the board.
Such great welcome feeling. Answered all my questions . Explained senior benefits of checking and savings. I feel really good about starting my banking at Ameris. Several friends who are already customers, suggested Ameris. So glad because my bank branch is closing July 31, so needed to get banking info to my direct deposits quickly.
Evian took care of my deposits and caught a mistake that I had made. She was so nice about it. It's great to work with people who are kind. I really love coming to this branch!
Charged me a fee for cashing a check written on their account. You got to be kidding me , now I remember why I stopped using this financial institution. Credit Union in midway would never have done this, took almost an hour to cash a check that was drawn on one of there customers accounts,
I always use the drive thru service and not once have I had a bad experience!! Your drive thru team is phenomenal!! They are always smiling and pleasant which is extremely rare these days. Thank you Ameris for providing such wonderful customer service!
I would like to leave a 5 review for Ameris Bank. The staff has always been excellent and have always treated me like family for many years now. I would like to give a special thanks to Jasia! Recently she has been extremely patient with me and assisted me with a setback. I’m back to being squared away all thanks to her professionalism. 10/10 I would recommend Ameris Bank to friends, family, and strangers alike.
