From the drive up to the property it was a breathtaking moment. The ease of parking for the hotel side made it very accessible. When arriving inside you have got to see it to believe it, hands down just luxurious. The craftsmanship of the resort is just beautiful. The check in staff was just as perfect, very warm and friendly. After we settled in we went to dinner and then enjoyed the casino. The casino is just as nice as the hotel. We will definitely come back for another getaway stay here, this is definitely a 5 star experience.

The entire place is in need of updates especially the hotel. The gaming floor itself is fine but again, it looks and feels dated. The hotel suites are great size and the immediate impression is wow. Until you start to realize a few things like missing fixtures, missing irons, ironing boards, loose railings, loose fixtures, no in room microwave, etc. Basics most just assume will be in a hotel room are usually missing in these suites. The lack of microwave is very odd considering many of their dining options close by 10pm.

The room was nice, spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was super cool and the gaming options were plentiful.. 4 not 5 for the batteries in the remote control for the TV's were almost dead and wouldn't work properly and I had to slightly mess with the toilet to keep it from running.

Best casino in Saint Louis by far.  Had a couple in from out of town and they were blown away by the architecture in Ameristar.  Everyone is friendly here. Great drinks.  Awesome atmospheres. Aside from the casino there are restaurants bars and nightclubs all under one roof. Love it!

It's a good 45 minutes coming from SCOTT AFB, on this day it was a smooth sail. I was excited upon arrive as the theme music from "Long Kiss Goodnight" played in my head, but this was not that! The parking was too easy to corner up for my exotic means of mobile express. Walk toward the entrance New Year Eve's wind and cold air occupied the major of the space. In a hurry to get in, I took a minute to consume the environment. Well...let skip that part and get to the main event.  If you do not like second hand smoke..save yourself the trip as there is no escaping it here, it will be the first, second and last thing to surround you. I am not a gambler by no means, I just like to hang out and watch the action happen. On this day, people must have been in the giving mood, but spirits were still in good standing. I did not eat at any of the restaurant...so nah there. Hotel! where?...I must have missed it. Restroom inside the Casino clean, but there was one outside the entrance area that need much attention. Staff was very helpful and polite. Make sure you get cash from your ATM bank, as the ATM fees are review all by themselves. Good to place to go and chill with a friend or party. I will attempt to explore more on my next visit. 7/11

We have had rooms here many times it is a nice close to home getaway. The casino itself as a whole is fine you win some you lose some that's game. The smoking I could do without because the whole place smells anyway from downstairs raising to the second floorRooms: 5/5

Horrible experience. Booked a trip for our anniversary. Have heard great things about their spa and year round indoor pool. This was especially great since my wife is 8 months pregnant and unable to use the hot tub or sauna that is included with the spa services so she planned on spending time in the pool. However, no where during the booking process did the website nor hotel employees mention that the indoor part of the pool is closed for renovations. When asked if anything could be done for us, the hotel staff said they couldn't accommodate in any way. Thought maybe dinner or  free slot play or an extra night or at least a sincere apology would be offered.  Horrible customer service, all they did was point out an area of the website that you had to deep dive into to find a statement about the pool being closed. The one star I did give is for the spa services, the massages we got were definitely worthwhile.

Stayed in the hotel on a Saturday night.  Blues bar and nightclub were closed.  It was very disappointing not to have any entertainment.   Food was not amazing at the sports bar and grill. Hotel room was dirty.  There was definitely blood splatter on the curtains and pretty sure there was vomit or something that looks similar sprayed on the bottom of the bathroom door.  Felt like a cheap motel 6 room but for $250 a night.   No room service and no breakfast with this hotel. Enjoyed the evening with wonderful friends but will not be returning here to spend my money.

This was a beautiful casino with lots of flashing lights and plenty of things to look at around every corner. I loved all the vendors that were also in the building. Especially the place that makes little cheesecakes. Amazing!

This place was huge! Tons of gaming options and including a smoke free area. Tons of restaurants and bars, hotel was very nice although I didn’t stay here, we did explore. Had dinner at Asia, it was the best General Tso Chicken I’ve ever had
