Been going to Ames for more than a decade. The only place where you can not only find whatever tools you need for your drywall needs, but also great customer service. They treat you like family and that’s why I keep coming back. Keep up the good work!!

I am a regular customer at the location in Orlando I hardly ever write reviews and I've decided to take the time to write one now. They give wonderful customer service and are very professional about their job and I'd like to add very knowledgeable. If there is ever a moment there is something they don't know they will find out and get it done. Both Monica and Annette are very good. I think they make a great team in working to ensure a customer always leaves satisfied. P.S.- once there was a customer very rude about not wanting to put his mask on.
Great customer service.
Rude staff. Husband and I arrived 30 minutes before they closed. We were looking to purchase dry wall stiltz. @ 3:20 the worker stated the following: We close in ten minutes and I dont get paid overtime. After the rude remark we simply walked out.
All you need for your next drywall project, the girls are beyond example of excellent service. Their rental program is perfect, allowing us contractors to continue to produce work without the huge cost of tool investment.
Rarely can you find a store that has everything you need along with excellent customer service and product knowledge, Monica was awesome and very patient. No need to shop anywhere else. A+
The ladies at this store are great. They go above and beyond to help. They have everything you need for drywall. The store is always clean and neat.
At this store you will encounter the WORST HISPANICS ladys in Central Florida. They definitely don’t like their job and make it hard for us contractors
