This place is definitely an upgrade from when I've used to come over 10 years ago. Everything is nice & new. More modern, attentive staff, & more screens! Nice game room, bar & decent food.
I've come to this location several times and always have a great time bowling. Every so often, we have issues with the pins not resetting, but that's to be expected. There is plenty of free parking outside of the bowling alley. It's always pretty clean, and I typically go during the week, so it's not packed. I'm going to assume the drinks are decent because there is always a line for the bar. The food is good and I like that you can order and pay for it right at your lane with the screen. My only con was that the bone in wings isn't cooked long enough for me. I sent them back and asked to have them fried hard, but still, they didn't have a crunch. The chef came out and explained that they were pub wings and wouldn't get a crunch, so I settled for boneless, which were pretty good and flavorful. The fries were delicious and seasoned. Overall, I always have fun here, the staff is always friendly and I would return.
First time here and could not say enough good things. My whole party age 4-74 was so impressed with the attentiveness of the very professional and friendly staff. Clean, fun, welcoming place. We had a blast!
Went to Bowlero Saturday night with a party of five. White guy was at the front was really nice. But we go to order our food and it took an hour and a 1/2 to get a portion of the food. Then we kept going to the bar asking for the food just for not check in it and tell us that when it’s ready they’ll bring it out. We was almost finished our second still realizing the we never received our tacos. Customer service could have been better and more attentive to our needs. Not going back for a late night bowl. For $35 a person the customer service needed to be A1.
My daughter and son in law booked a birthday party on 6/17/23. What a disaster this place was!No table was set up, no chairs; then chairs were finally brought, and not enough of them. Food came out for the kids; it sat there; no drinks, or utensils out to eat with. Then a food order was put in for the adults; after waiting a substantial amount of time, we inquired, the food arrived the last 15 minutes before our time slot was up. During this whole time, the one alley the kids were bowling on broke down so many times, we had to send them to the arcade or convince them to eat more food because they could not bowl! It took a very long time yo get the alley working, but it was constantly breaking down! The huge expense of this party was totally not worth the constant aggravation we all went through! Not enough staff and the managers have no clue how to address any problems that arise. My daughter was embarrassed the entire time. Never again!!!! THE COMPANY SHOULD REFUND A PORTION OF THE MONEY SHE PAID!!
Excellent staff, very helpful and and knowledgeable about their job. Please stay on top of the women's bathroom. It's a shame because women should no better. And it's time to turn the heat off. It was too hot in there. Over the music was great, great food and staff assistance was awesome.
We celebrated my uncle's 74rh burger and the whole family OVER 30 of us had a blast. The ENTIRE staff assisting us was truly AMAZING and so attentive to our needs, wants and desires. Every staff was so pleasant and accommodating.
I had a ball at this place with my family. Everything was so organized and clean. They treated us well. It’s a nice place to have a family outing. I will definitely be back.
Great atmosphere and fairly clean inside. Bathrooms are hit or miss with the cleanliness and staff is low. Which means customer service is not their strong point outside of that I enjoy coming to this location.
The pins now have wires that do affect your game. Who wants to play with puppet pins? Not us! Also Prices increased to pay for puppet strings.
