I don't know if they have new owners or new management.Now they have real bad service. Bartender said they had no clean cups so I asked if they had someone to wash them she said how could she wash cup's if they were all out on the floor.Then I said well what about the cups sitting at the end of the bar she then rolled her eyes at me and walked away.
If I could I would give no stars.Over priced food and drinks. Staff is no where to be found and when found is rude and ugly. Go somewhere else.
We had a VERY large party and the staff here were so patient and kind. They took care of all out concerns as quickly as possible and not once did they appear irritated by the multitude of requests. The bathrooms were clean and they have a decent selection on the menu. A very good outing and we will be back.
My party of 7 came to do some bowling. Man we should have turned around once we saw how dirty it looked but wanted to give it a shot. We get charged $143.00 and some change for 2 hours premium and the show rentals. We got f@c$ed with that price because we didnt ask for 2 hrs we wanted just a quick game. The food menus and priced was ridiculous and over priced. A specialty liquor drink was 11.50 and the guy was pour the rum but the drink had nothing of a buzz. The whole thing tasted water down. Soft drink water downed, lack of staff and organized. Would not recommend this place. We played our game next time we will go somewhere else.
I haven't been to this location in years. Went tonight for my friend's son's bday party. Both managers on duty tonight definitely went above and beyond to tend to our party! They made us feel VERY welcomed. The food was great and the music had almost everyone dancing. Based on tonight's service, the Humble location is THE best because of the managers and their employees going the extra mile for us. Thank you! We do plan to return.
I came to this place as a first time visitor. I am in customer service so it's a big deal for me. The staff was probably the worst I have dealt with in years. I waited at the counter for food for probably 10mins while the lady walked around doing things with no acknowledgement to my presence. Then she finally decided to go to her register to take my order and she just looked at me. I expected a Atleast a How can I help you? The guy at the counter was no better. No people skills these people just seemed like they hated their jobs. If you hate your job then get a new one!!! Never coming again
We had my son's birthday party there today and everyone had a great time! The staff took very good care of us and made sure the party went off without a hitch. We will be sure to visit often.
Great place for a good night with Friends to blow off some steam. This place has ok staff that are down to earth and reasonable. The fun games that are pointless but earn you rewards are awesome. The staff is really understanding to your needs. The only reason I'm not able to give 5 Stars is it feels dated compared to other bowling alleys in the area.
One star removed for poor menu options. We arrived about 11pm on a SATURDAY night and of the 20+ menu items, only 4 were actually available. Second star removed for them turning the air conditioner off over an hour before closing..... terribly hot. The only good thing was the bowling and the bar.
Horrible place spent a ton of money bowled for 2 hours lane shut down on last persons last bowl wouldn't let us finish says we would have to pay for another 2 hours. So my family sat and finished our drinks and pizza then the manager said we had to leave or she would call the cops because we were not playing. Wth! It's Christmas we did nothing wrong and they hardly had any customers. Our waiter was extremely nice and apologized a few times for her being so rude to us. Don't know who she is but we left this was ridiculous. We never spoke with this girl she just came to our table and said we had to get out. The shoe guy said we couldn't finish the game and that was the end of our conversation we said ok and sat down with the kids and finished our pizza. They need to screen these kids before they hire them. Clearly she was upset about something and lost a customer forever. I can only hope this gets to her boss. This is not how you treat a family on Christmas for eating at a table after they bowl.
