We just left there tonight. Had a mix up with our party but this was on corporate’s side. Jet and Josh were amazing host and super kind. We will definitely come back again. It is rare to find kind nice managers and staff. Thanks again fellas!
We were just here for a kids bday party and it was awesome. The staff, the service, the space was clean in grace condition. Food was great and Bill the manager was above and beyond. Definitely a great experience and we will be back
What an amazing place! The facility is clean and welcoming, staff is friendly, attentive and informative. Food options are great and service is excellent. My grandson only started bowling this summer and this has become his "go to" place 2-3 times a week! Thanks to Kayla, GM, for her suggestions and welcoming personality! Definitely should be a top rated facility in the AMF family!
Super great people. We have come here a few times. It is always a pleasure.
It's been years since my family and I had been bowling. Six of us visited AMF with an online group coupon and had an awesome time. We hadn't been back to the Deltona Lanes location in about 5 years and immediately noticed the interior upgrades upon entering. Everything smelled new, not like a typical bowling ally. The theme and colors are very inviting. The lighting was a cool effect, made you feel you were in a StrangerThings episode. The music was spot on, all party hits. The staff were rock stars! Very courteous and astute to our needs. They serve Pepsi! along with a variety of other soft-drinks, ale and food. Their pretzels are great. We enjoyed ourselves immensely, and revisited two weeks later to take advantage of their Sunday pricing special. This is going to become a new weekend routine, once or twice a month for us.
I love bowling and the place is good however... They changed the payment for before playing and they want to force you to get an offer for the 3rd game. So I thought ok if I'm still motivated after the second game I'll get the offer. They were like no if you buy it now and then want to add the 3 game the offer is no longer valid. Well guess what? 2 games for me will be sufficient. I bet if they make the same offer like before many people will get that third game but don't pressure people cause they will not budge. Also the front rep was most of the time not on front or nowhere to be found for assistance for when the lane gets stuck with pines, or disregarded completely about some request as getting the bumpers up, etc. Other than the place being renewed it looks better and the food is also good. Overall it is a good place to spend time with family and fairly economical compared with other family activities and the time spent there.
Great staff, they are all very helpful and friendly. The place is very clean, music is not too loud at all. Great place to go and hang with friends.
Best place to bring the family for food and fun been going here for ten years
Many alleys to bowl from, this location has kept up on technology including the ability to order food straight from the score desk. The bar has pool tables when you're done with a few strings and looking for something else to do. Clean restrooms are a plus. Snack bar is friendly and efficient, along with the front desk help. Met the manager on duty, she was much obliged.
Love this place. I rate it a 4 for now because they have closed the arcade and pool table section. But aside from that the food and drinks are good and the customer service is good as well. I'm sure when the other things open back up after renovations and upgrades it will be way better. Hubby and i have a blast when we go.
