Amherst Country Store

Myself and my friend went to this establishment today to buy cover crop seed. We had the most unpleasant interaction with the woman who appeared to be a manager of sorts. She was unkind to us and also to her coworker. A man came in after us and she was very pleasant to him. I can’t help but feel like she spoke to us the way she did because we are young women who don’t “look” like we knew what we were looking for. It was a very unfortunate interaction.

Friendly staff. Good selection.

My opinions are based on the garden centre, not the farm supply store. Met 2 staff who were helpful and very comedic. It was a treat.

I love this place. The staff are so friendly and helpful. No question is too small. Even helped me carry my purchases to the vehicle.
