Amigo's Mexican Food

Are these the people who make these? If so they are disgusting. I'm from Tucson,AZ I've eaten many tamales and never have I had such a crappy tamale as amigos. The pork was barely there and the masa was bland. I will not be buying them again.

Ordered soft tacos plate, got hard shell. Also a dozen tamales was up from $8+ last Jan to $14+. Same pkg frozen at Peppers grocery store was only $11+. They were dry flavorless, & not much meat. Been going there for years, but won't go back!

Food is good. Prices have gotten so high. We can go to a Mexican restaurant in town sit down & enjoy the dining experience for the same amount of money or even less. Several of the restaurants even serves dessert with your meal. We have stoped going because of this.

The service was quick, I had tamales which were the special and delicious. It was a large serving for a good price. This is take out only, however they have picnic tables outside. I definitely recommend this place. If you are environmentally conscious I suggest bringing your own take out container and silverware.

Over my many years in Deming. Amigo's has always been a delightful place. For people from out of town it is not a done in restaurant but it does have bench tables outside to enjoy. The food is very tasteful and always fresh. I recommend you to try it!

Food ok but service iffy. Only carryout offered. Since they use same meat and Chile many items taste the same. Daily specials, great place to buy frozen green Chillies. Not open on Sunday. The prices have risen dramatically and now not a good value. Charging restaurant prices for subpar food. No longer good quality or value.

Never again. The masa was dry and the chili tasted vinegary worst tamales I've ever had Threw the rest of the dozen away. Wish I had read reviews or just ordered one to taste first. Waste of our time and money. My brother threw his 2 dozen away too. I dont know how they are staying in business.

Great food and friendly staff! Service was quick and the menu was easy to choose from. I definitely recommend this place.

Reasonably priced food. Various plates with beans and rice for$5.00 carry out only. Bought 6 tamales for$5 and 6 rellenos for$8.00. Hubby and I are both happy and satiated!
