Purchasing the arcade game was smooth from start to finish. I didn't even have to leave the house. Angie was very helpful with the process, took her time to send me photos of the units and answered all my questions. Delivery and set up: Malik and Elliott were very professional and made sure the game was ready to be enjoyed before they left. Also answered all my questions. Thank you, Amini's Galleria for making the perfect gift for the family a smooth experience.
Beware shady return / cancellation policies. The quality of the goods sold seems decent enough one would hope, given the price, but the cancellation policies are awful and dishonest. A few months ago I ordered some outdoor furniture, which was on back-order. I paid the required deposit. A week or two later I changed my mind. I tried to cancel the order, which was months out from being fulfilled, and was told I couldn't without sacrificing a large chunk of my deposit. I was told this was the policy of the manufacturer of the outdoor furniture. I called the furniture manufacturer Green Country Decor, and spoke with the owner incredibly nice guy. He told me straight up, they had no such policy. He told me manufacturing had not begun on my order, and his company was not responsibly for my being billed for goods which did not exist. I called Amini's back. The manager's story then changed. He told me I was being charged a re-stocking fee. I asked how in the world I could be charged a re-stocking fee for goods which did not exist, and therefore could not be restocked. I was told flatly that that's the policy. There's a large market for outdoor furniture - I urge you to shop elsewhere.

Amini’s displayed exceptional customer service. Their staff was personal and informative without being pushy. For someone who doesn’t generally enjoy shopping or browsing, the selection and service provided truly made this experience just plain fun.
It was a great experience, men were so helpful, friendly and efficient. We completed my business quickly and totally satisfactorily. Can't wait to start using my new furniture.
They did a wonderful job taking care of me. Derrick is very knowledgeable about their products, and if he doesn't know, he knows who to call to find out. They were short handed the day I went in and I purchased several items, but they all pitched in and got it done! Outstanding service. Will definitely shop with them again.
Amini's has a great selection and I recommend anyone who is in the market for outdoor furniture to check them out. I personally worked with Derrik who's top notch. He knew his stuff and was easy to talk to and never made the sales experience uncomfortable.
Aminis always has the best quality bar stools and bar accessories. The sales staff went out of their way to help me.
