I called the deli 24 hours before a major event to do three wrap platters for me, and they did a phenomenal job. Everyone was asking where the wraps were from, and the price was very reasonable. Great job deli department:
For some reason, this Stop and Shop doesn’t feel like a happy place. Prices aren’t great either, probably because there isn’t anything else nearby that has a wide variety of grocery products. I go there a handful of times a year because it’s close, but it’s not my favorite.
Extremely rude woman in customer service. Purposely makes people wait unnecessary. She had the nerve to say "if you don't like it then go somewhere else". Manager please inform your customer service people not to be rude. Waiting for a customer service employee to go through stacks of envelopes for employee paychecks can wait and customers waiting extended periods of time in line have priority. I asked to get someone else to help her and she refused. This women should not be working this position. She obviously can not handle it. This happened on Wednesday November 16th 2022 around 9:30 AM. I'm sure you have many other complaints about this person. This is the Amity Stop amd Shop this happened in. She was telling people the manager wasn't in too.
S/o to stop&shop in amity where they let you kill 2 birds with 1 stone. You can walk your dog in the store while you shop. No it does NOT have to be a service dog. Any one can bring their dog in the store. No problem.
Today was terrible. Employees were not helpful at all at produce section. The scales were not working properly. Two different scale were giving two different prices and when I asked for clarification a lady from produce argument started arguing with me. I was just asking for clarification because is not fair paying more using a broken scale. Unfortunately, today was a disaster doing my groceries. Employees should be more respectful and willing to help.

Im Happy there open late enough that I can still make it to get some last minute shopping done after I get out of work for the night...they have great fresh rotisserie chickens and cheese cakes... yummmy!!!!
Very poorly staffed at the registers. Long lines for both self check out and cashier check out are usual. Excellent produce.
I love shopping at this store they have everything you looking for very helpful
Helpful employees, relatively clean. They have an annoying habit of rearranging the aisles, forcing the shopper to traverse all of them in search for products. The aisles were again changed, but they made them WIDER so carts can pass each other easier. We'll eventually learn where things are located and it's so much neater. Also love the new self-checkout section!
