Great place to get Generac generators. Always in stock and knowledgeable.

They got good stock and not so bad prices, but the waiting time is terrible! I was picking up just one item and it takes them 1 hour. Their card payment system goes down and i was have to pay using cash.

I have been in the electrical contracting business for over 30 years. Tried them for first time today. Seems like they don't want the walk in counter business? idk?

Horrible customer service. People are rude and unprofessional, like it's a punishment for them to work. What's the point to work in retail if you hate people...
