This place is horrible if you need somewhat immediate help at all. The receptionist have terrible attitudes Alexis and no respect for people in need of help. I have been waiting for 2 weeks to setup an appointment with a doctor just for them to tell me they don’t know the problem and schedule me with another doctor a week later. I was late to my appointment by 10 minutes and they said they couldn’t accept me and I have to wait another week? However when the patient is waiting for the doctor for hours on end in the waiting room it’s ok?? This place is terrible, if you have the option do not go to this place
I am SO impressed with Dr. Lauren Kondo who is a dentist at Ampla Health Dental. I am EXTREMELY scared of getting any kind of dental work done! Before I had to get gas just to have cleanings, my 1st root canal I was completely put out. Dr. Kondo is AWESOME!! I feel absolutely NO PAIN, with anything she does, shots, fillings....and I've had to get some pretty deep fillings. She takes her time and checks in with you always to make sure you are not feeling ANYTHING!! I was nervous to come here at first becuz they had 2 stars, but I read the reviews and there was one that stated her family had been going to Dr. Kondo for 3 generations and she was great! So I went, and she was everything and more. I HIGHLY recommend her! A++++++++!!!!
My daughter is 12 years old and she has an irregular period about 20 days bleeding. I called the Xpress Care regarding the issue and they said I can take my daughter to xpress care, but when I took her they did not accept her and told that it is not ergent.
I have been a patient with Dr. Kolli at Ampla Health Olivehurst since 2017...I have to say that Dr. Kolli is the most advance and educated chiropractor that has made adjustments to my spine..i have had 6 major back surgeries and with his adjustments he keeps my spine happy..Also not to mention his spot on assistant Juan..Great with all the arranging appointments to fit in my schedule...I have been going to chiropractors for 30 plus years and Dr.Kolli is by far the best....i see him once a month and sometimes twice if needed....I've sent family members and friends and both times 100% relieved them of their pain with his adjustments....My wait time once i've check in is very minimum....Thank you Dr. Kolli and Juan for all you do...May God Bless ya'll....J. Absolutely the worse experience ever, repeatedly, but consistently rude, untrained on their software & it starts with every person at the window where u ck in...trying to make an appt is impossible & ridiculous that they can’t do that. I’ll be writing letters to the dental & the medical supervisors & beyond them cuz they r responsible for the front staff do they obviously allow staff to behave like the supervisors cuz they have the same untrained staff & NOBODY CARES THAT WE THE CLIENTS R TREATED THIS BADLY! I feel sorry for our community especially the elderly
The staff do their best to help their customers. I've experienced various stressful circumstances and to this day I can acknowledge that the staff here always try their best to be compassionate and supportive.
I have had nothing but issues. Their staff in both health and dental are poorly trained and none of them can manage to tell you the right information the first time. And the attitude towards people is ridiculous, plus when you make a complaint the management for both health and dental never call you back. They act like they don’t care.
It was my 1st visit. I was late for my appointment unfortunately but they took me in to urgent care within 20mins and treated me very well. Very kind people. Very helpful!
I went to the Ampla health for Covid test .to express care first I waited for one hour. I was very sick .after long times she comes and chick me she said we have two tip of test one show immediately on is taking two or three days .I said ok often 15 minutes .she brought a paper it shows negative. I was happy when to my house I stay with my family and friends .I sprayed to them right now my family and friends also sick after three days .she called me didn’t go to markets she said don’t stay with your family. I was late for me I hope they will good in the past and also when she tought with she was very rude
If I could give a zero I would. Very rude dentist they need to put someone else that actually listens.
