We always have a good experience at this location of AmTrust. The tellers and staff are friendly and helpful. The bank is clean and well kept. It is always a pleasure to come here. :
Terrible customer service! Had to wait over 30 minutes to get help even though I was the only customer at the bank. The banker had no idea what she was doing, she at least asked another banker 4 times for instructions and literally took 2 hours to complete all the paperwork to add a name on an account.
Ridiculous bank fees
Customer service is amazing at this bank. Ashley was the one who helped me. She was polite and welcoming as she was helping me with my transaction. Great bank overall!
Superior customer service. Manager is professional and knowledgeable. Tellers are always efficient and courteous Great place to bank!.
The drive thru ATM machine is “Out of Service” 50% of the time I go to use it. Extremely inconvenient since it’s the only one available after they close and also a huge waste of time when you drive there for the sole purpose of using the atm. If you actually need to service the machine do it during open hours...
Did not know that there is s branch in Sunrise, Florida that's Great!!
