This office is terrible at returning phone calls and following through on requests. Changing any information about my policy has been such a pain, that I finally decided to switch insurance companies. Am Fam has been good as an overall company, but this office does not have good customer service.
Amy works with me regularly I am a car enthusiast and constantly looking to buy a new car a seldom do. Regardless of that she promptly has a quote of how much full coverage and or liability will be and will break everything down for me when I call. American family isn't the cheapest insurance but remember you get what you pay for and the small no name insurance companies don't charge much but they also don't cover much! I learned the hard way Definitely give Amy a call she is great to talk to and very experienced.
Cesspool of incompetence, and a breading ground of liabilities. Don't go, RUN RUN AWAY. They promise one thing, but fail to follow through, impossible to cancel insurance; when changing cars, they dropped medical coverage and lied about it. Run Run away.
