Units are the exact size advertised and the website is easy to use to make payments online. Jennifer and Lisa in the office were incredibly helpful and had very positive attitudes!
Amy's Attic is the best storage facility in Central Texas. It's clean, secure and the staff is the best. I've used other facilities in the area and you never know who will be running the place from one week to the next, but Amy's staff has been there for a long time. They know how to run a storage facility. And they know their customers. As with most anything else, you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor...forget the other facilities. Go right to Amy's Attic for the best service and the best facility.

I have being station in FT Hood for over 2 years and every time I have to go overseas I placed my Personnel Property House/Apartment at this location because it's the best storage location around FT Hood. From the Security, Cleanliness of the Property, the Unit is always maintained in a good temperature and can't forget the staff is Professional and Helpful.
best place in harker heights you could possibly have a storage unit in, big room in one storage unit to fit over 200 goodies of yours that can be put aside and saved for when needed I definatly recommend going there for a storge compartments
EXCELLENT STAFF. VERY FRIENDLY AND SUPER HELPFUL. The only thing I didn't agree on is paying for an entire month when you only need storage for a few days pass 1st of month. Then the next person pays a prorated fee to rent a storage that has already been paid for. It would be nice if there was a prorated fee to move out as well.
Was able to do everything online. Including getting a lock for the unit. Lisa was extremely helpful. Today's technology is amazing and made the process less stressful than it used to be years ago when you had to go face to face and initial pages of paperwork by hand.
