Walk-in gel Mani/Pedi took less than an hour. Nail tech was pleasant and professional. I'm very happy with the results! I'll definitely be back.

I'm disappointed in Ana I thought she was a Christian woman but she showed me differently. I got my nails and feet 3/25/2023 my nails started breaking and chipping on 3/21/2023. I contacted her she had a long drawn out excuse can't except constructive criticism. When your on business when you know it's not right fix it. I went to Ana’s 2 weeks ago. I wanted to wait a bit before I gave my honest review. I just moved to the area 2 months ago. I needed to find a new nail shop since I’m too far from my regular spot. I went to another spot that had me wait for more than an hour and got no service. I walked to Ana’s because it was the second closest place to me. The other place was closer. She took me within 10mins of getting there. 30 to 45 mins later she had me on my way. The service was amazing. Ana is very nice and listens to you. I got some simple medium size claws that looked just like I wanted it. I normally leave the nail shop picking at my nails because I’m that annoying and I always find something I don’t like after I leave. But not this time. I got so many compliments on my nails. After 2 weeks they still look great. Mind you. I’m a stay at home mom that cleans, washes dishes without gloves most of the time, cook every, constantly wiping and cleaning after my 2 yr old. My nails still look so good that I can get away not going to get a fill for another week!!!! You know they did a great job and used great quality products if you got no lifting after 2 weeks and can literally go for a 3 week without a fill. Ana is the best and she definitely gain a regular now.

I came here 20 minutes before closing to get a pedicure with acrylic. As I’m sitting here the lady starts applying glue to my big toe and adding a tip. As soon as I noticed I instantly told her I didn’t like it and can she use powder instead. She gets an attitude and starts removing the tip. As she starts to do the acrylic, she rushed on it mind you I'm paying “65” for a full service pedicure. As I look at the pedicure it’s short and not filed correctly. Normally I don’t say anything, but my toes was really ugly so I told her can she make the acrylic longer and file evenly. She gets an attitude and was like “I asked you” I just feel like as a employee of a business why are you getting mad at the customer who is paying you. I felt so uncomfortable at this nail salon due to the fact she started to talk in Chinese talking about me. At this point, take everything off my toes I’m ready to go or find me a new employee who can do my pedicure and meet my needs! The manager insisted she will do it, after I politely insisted her to remove everything and I can go somewhere else. The manager started to do my toes under redemption of the employee who provided poor customer service. Normally, I would refer this nail shop but not anymore because as an African American we pay them consistently to be treated poorly. They feel like they are entitled for a tip versus allowing me to tip them.Service: Pedicure

I had my ladys nails done there today 12/10/22 She was awesome Did the coating 4 times and clear coated them 3 times They looked so great And at a cost 15dpmus 5d tip was more then worth it My love was so impressed with how good they looked she had tears in her eyes, In my view they are worth giving your business to this professional woman who took great care of me and my love

Did a wonderful job. Only complain, removal of callus not done well. Heels not very smooth when they finished have had lot better treatments, even at Ana's before.

I live near Ana's Nails & Spa and had never used their services; however today I needed a manicure badly; my nails had old gel on them and were peeling. I have very short nails, but Ana has made them look better than ever. Ana and staff are very efficient, fun to talk to, and professional. Please check them out; they also do permanent eye brows and liner, but I am not a high maintenance kind of girl.

First time here & I enjoyed it. I normally don’t let ppl have freedom on my designs, I told her I wanted a fall theme and she didn’t disappoint. Plus it was my Bday and she gave me a discount’ Thank you so much. I also see my nails in the photos. See you soon ladies, I was trying to make in today.
