I am writing this from myself but also on behalf of my boss. Our staff received these adorable arrangements for Administrative Professional Day!!! First, my boss stated that her experience in the shop was handled with attention to detail and the utmost customer service. Secondly, they all arrived on time with a call to let her know they were on their way and lastly, I have mine displayed in our main lobby for all to see and have received great compliments on them!!! Thank you for making our boss's experience great while she ordered our whole staff these flowers to make us all feel great!!!
Anastacia's does beautiful work! The designers are top notch and strive to please each and every customer who comes through the door. Recently, my family had a death in the family and I had but to make a call and mention how close this person was to my family and they instantly took care of our needs during this difficult time. I have received flowers from their quaint little shop several times and have been pleased with the gorgeous pieces I have received! They will remain my go-to florist! Keep up the good work!
My mother sent me flowers for my birthday from this shop... they were delivered with a deflated balloon attached to it. The flowers were gorgeous, but honestly I could have gone with out that balloon. It made them look kinda sad. They also showed up 2 hours after my mom received a confirmation on their delivery. I don't know if I'd use this company to send flowers to some one else, because if they can't take the time to make sure that it looks pretty when they deliver it, then I can't trust them to send and great arrangement to someone important to me.
Be aware that the reviews they have might be fake Most of the good reviews were done the same week I ordered a flower arrangement from Anastacia's Florist. The person taking the order was rude but, assured me that the flowers were available roses with lilies and that the arrangement would be delivered that day. Speaking with the recipient later that evening, I found that an arrangement with 5 red carnations, 2 pink roses, a blue flower and some sticks was delivered! they just did a cheap substitute HOW EMBARRASSING! The next morning after I contacted the florist, they did not give me my money back and they did not want to re-deliver it. DO NOT order from this florist
Bought a bouquet for my wife for Valentine's Day and the one they sent was COMPLETELY different than what I ordered! Called and spoke with a woman that was so rude and unprofessional! She said they did 250 arrangements that day and I was the only one who complained. What kind of customer service is that?! What I ordered and what my wife got are no where near similar. The "arrangement" looked like a handful of wild flowers from the side of the road with 6 roses mixed within. Complete embarrassment. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THE COMPANY-THEY PRACTICE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT-YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED AND THEY HAVE ZERO PROFESIONAL/CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!
I have ordered flowers for many years, and you're always wondering how they are going to turn out. I just had delivered last week, to my daughter at her mother's house, a dozen roses for her choral performance. Not only did they deliver them on time but came back when my daughter wasn't home yet from school. Thanks bunches, it means a lot to find a business that takes pride in what they do. I will be ordering flowers from here again, promise. Ps, I just dropped my daughter off at her mothers and the flowers still looked great. Thanks again! Scott
Let me tell you how wonderful of a job Anastacia Floral Design does, they have never let me down. I've gone back to them on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed. the floral arrangements are always of the highest quality and they are always masterfully put together. any questions or special orders and even short noticed ones are never a problem form them. Thank you and know that Anastacial Floral Design is my flower shop for life.
I had ordered a bouquet from here for Mother's Day and received a completely different one from what I had ordered!! The excuse was that it was a substitute, but if you are substituting the whole arrangement, that's a whole new bouquet! I spoke with the owner and had TERRIBLE customer service. She tried to snap back at me before I got rude and told me "That's how God made them." Never doing business with them again. It's a shame that customer service is just a word now...
Horrible Customer Service First of all, I have NEVER written a review before but felt this experience warranted one. I was calling to ask for a bouquet of flowers for my mom and the man that answered the phone was incredibly rude. I brushed it off thinking he might be having a bad day and then he started yelling at me because he could not hear what I was saying. I told him that i was reconsidering the order and he continued screaming. I hung up the phone in tears and called a different florist. I do not recommend ordering from them. Pay a couple of dollars more and go to a different florist, it is honestly not worth it.
Last Wednesday 13th December I received the most beautiful Christmas arrangement I have ever seen! Today, 20th December it still looks absolutely wonderful. The red roses are a little dark around the edges This IS the 8th day so that is to be expected but everything else is still perfect!!! I would not be surprised if the arrangement lasted yet another 8 days!! Thank you for doing such a fantastic job, Anastacia, I really appreciate it.
