Stopped in while in town for a Sunday morning and evening service. Pastor Atwood was a great bible preaching pastor with a heart for his flock; they preach the Bible and have traditional music. If I lived in SLC I’d be going here.

Everyone was SO warm and friendly and most of all the gospel was preached. Not understanding WHY ANYONE would give a one star rating for a church that preaches the death burial and Resurrection of Christ. Would have loved to have visited more than once but unfortunately certain circumstances didn't allow us to return but if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely worship again with you all. Thank you all so much again and continue to live for God and if we don't see you again on this earth, we will rejoice with you in heaven.

I live streamed the morning service and then went in for the evening service for the first time this Sunday. Both were great services. A very friendly, welcoming church, will be back again!

This is a church that has stayed faithful to the old-time ways for decades! Pastor Love faithfully preaches the Word of God and Anchor Baptist is doing its part to reach the World with the cause of Christ! I recommend this church to anyone living in the SLC area and or people who are passing through the area and are looking for a good church!
