After dealing with a trailer owner who tried to Screw money out of my mother and didn't do repairs to trailer and wasn't on lease for property ... The Manager Tammy was Awesome to let us know not to buy the trailer do to bad roof and she took pictures of roof as proof today July 20, 2023. And over stepped on helping us keep from being taken advantage of by the evil person. Then let us know of another trailer that would be available for cheaper price and better condition at $14,000.. We all went to see it outside only do to people still moving out and we loved what we saw of outside and Tammy said she will help clean up inside of it. So we will be back Monday or Tuesday to see inside and decide to buy it then.. Tammy manager needs a raise for going up and beyond for strangers that were about to get screwed out of $17,000 of a 74 year old lady that had been evicted from a home she had owned since 1969 and needed a New home and thanks to Tammy she has found Home as my mom said after we left..

Tami practices fraud on the regular here. She’ll be hearing from my lawyers real soon. Crowe and Dunlevy the owners aren’t going to be too happy with her. She messed with the wrong one this time.

Went to an Airbnb located in this trailer park it was awesome had a wonderful time

I feel safe here and don't mind coming home at night.  Great management and friendly neighbors.  Nice clean park. Overall a great place to live.

It's just a quiet little tucked away mobile home park. It seems pretty quiet and peaceful

Unhappy with the people walking around with flashlights! Whoever taught you two it was okay to shine passing vehicles should be arrested. Some should notify the parks management so this can be put to a stop.

The manager of this mobile home park is very rude. I have 2 friends that used to live there. 1 still does. And since the manager doesn't like the one friend, that she made move out Bc they used to be friends and aren't anymore, and she knows my vehicle, im not even allowed to go see my other friend Bc she starts raising hell thinking that the friend that had to move, is still there. And she's not!! If she's seen on the property, the friend that does still live there, will be evicted. Bc she has a personal problem with the other one. Now isn't that just childish! He can't even have certain friends over Bc the 2 friends of mine, have mutual friends. So she's very controlling & patrols the place late at night with a flashlight shining everyone like a damn tweaker. It's insane. Don't ever move there!

I’ve really enjoyed my time here. Haven’t had any problems, it’s quiet, and has good management.

The manager was very rude even shined me in the face with very bright flashlight as I was leaving. Considering I have night blindness she could've caused me to have an accident.

Super Great place to live in the city if you own an RV or Mobile. Very Nice community with super neighbors. A little bit of paradise in a very busy city.
