I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Every employee who has helped me at the register and grooming apartment has always treated my dogs with care and respect. They have an amazing price for trimming nails for my Rotties! I feel welcomed every time I walk in and my puppies can definitely agree!
Lovely staff, beautiful and organized local store. We used their boarding services for our 2 Guinea pigs. Our pets were happy to stay there, and they took good care of them. Merchandise wise, it is bit on the pricier end. A great place to leave your pocket animal for boarding.
I went in here to buy a bird for an older member of my family. They were so extremely helpful and patient I like that they were pushing us to make a sale, but rather helping us find a pet.

Just picked my dog up from the groomer who I used to rave about but her translucent white nails have been cut below the quick. No excuse—it’s easy enough to see the pink. It’s bloody and hurting her. Won’t be going back.
Super friendly staff. I only needed a pinky mouse. I was going to pay with my debit card, but they were willing to let me go and pay them back later because of how small the amount was to use a debit card. I happened to have some cash and payed. 5 stars for the considerate friendly service.
Got kicked out for 'suspicious' activity. Used to be my childhood place because of all the little animals. I'm sad to see my childhood being taken away because someone thought that shopping for cats toys was 'suspicious'.
Overrated and overpriced!!!! STAY AWAY …… We decided to support the local pet store vs Petco, etc .... by paying $100 for a Guinea Pig we bought two yes, $100 per Guinea pig!!! Surprise Surprise, after one month one of them had 3 babies. After reaching out to the owner for a refund he laughed and told us congratulations and he'll be more than happy to take those babies off our hands wonder why. Bottom line, stay away and high price does not equal customer service. Sad and Pathetic.
Love this amazing pet paradise. Have been going for many years now and currently Rudy is grooming my Bichon!!
Pretty much my go-to for beardie supplies/food. Occasionally they don't have crickets but it's not a big deal, as I can feed my baby berries/greens to hold him over. I appreciate the small, independently owned shops.
