Anderson Funeral Home took wonderful care of my father.  The staff is caring, knowledgeable, and helped us make all the arrangements.  They also don’t pressure you into buying the most expensive merchandise or things that you don’t want.  Highly recommend them

Every staff member was very helpful and made our experience with Anderson Funeral Home feel special.  We felt like we were the only family that mattered at the time. The funeral director, Aaron, went above and beyond to make sure everything that we wanted was to our satisfactory. I would recommend Anderson Funeral Home to anyone that wants to feel special and important at this time in your life.

My husband died peacefully at Hospice of Dayton in Ohio.  We had been staying with my daughter and her family in Franklin shortly after selling our home in Maryland. My daughter recommended Anderson Funeral Home to assist me because my husband wanted to be buried in Resurrection Cemetery back home. We came to Anderson, and right away I felt very comfortable with Greg and his staff.   Greg explained that they would begin the process of preparing my husband for his service to be held back in Maryland.  We picked out the casket, his clothes and then we were given the chance to see him one more time. Anderson then coordinated with Lee's Funeral Home the entire journey of getting my husband flown back to Maryland. They drove him to the airport and made sure he was aboard before they left.  Lee Funeral Home picked him up at the airport for transport back to their business. Anderson Funeral Home did such a great job of preparing my husband that his family was able to view him before the service began. Greg and his staff were phenomenal in their care for my husband and made this difficult task seamless. In addition, they treated us as though my husband and I had lived in Franklin our entire life. I highly recommend Anderson Funeral for those in need of their services.

We received a very large turnout for visitation and funeral service. Greg and the team never hesitated to make it work and the time needed was honored, well past the initial 5-7 time frame for the viewing.  The same was true of the service as well. More guests than anticipated, but Greg and the team made it work, no impact to the service or our experience.  The facilities at the Celebration of Life building was outstanding. No pressure to get leave and also the team went above and beyond to make sure every guest was seated.  Greg is outstanding, he puts the “Fun” in the Funeral experience. My loss is so tough for my kids and I. He was able to get us through this horrible situation with such grace and humility. My kids, 13 & 16, worked with Greg to handle all the service arrangements with me present. His ability to talk with the kids and explain things was unbelievable. A blessing to have him take care of things!  He even called to check on me the night of my wife’s passing that night.

Anderson's Celebration of Life service for our mother was lovely. Aaron was great to work with. He made it very easy to make sure our mom's service was exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend them.

I would go no where but Anderson Funeral Homes when having to put a loved one to rest.  The staff is very friendly and approachable.  Greg made making the arrangements easy and non stressful.  The services were wonderful and the staff that night was amazing.

Anderson Funeral was important to my mother and dad. They were sensitive and caring and I will always appreciate their kindness. KP

Anderson Funeral Home thought of everything, so that, at a time of grief, I did not need to worry about details.  The people we worked with were dignified, professional, and compassionate. The facility for the gathering after tbe committal was lovely and, again, everything was provided.

Mom was taken care of with dignity and grace. Everything from the pictures to the flowers to the visitation was top notch. I highly recommend them for your loved one.

The funeral home did great, helping us prepare for my mother services and reaching out to agencies that we needed to finance it. They made it more where we could just grieve our mother while they took care of the details. Everyone was so kind and compassionate even from the beginning when they came to pick my mother up from our home to the last details at the agency. They have even been helpful when I've needed to call back for anything like extra death certificates. I had the original death certificates back to us in less than a week.
