Anderson Aviation - Can’t say enough about the facilities, instructors, and management. Very good experience with scheduling flights. Enjoy the variety of Piper aircraft available for rent. Convenient access. Great for a weekend pilot, Simple, non-towered airport.
Really a great airfield to either learn how to fly or get RE-acclimated. Dana, the owner is really responsive and great to work with and I personally worked with Micheal. Would highly recommend him. He’s very familiar with the local area and is an all around great flight instructor imo. Was a pleasure.
My daughter take flying lessons here and they are amazing! Great instructors, reasonable rates and great facilities! Highly recommend!
My daughter had a discovery flight done here in July and had an incredible experience!! It really gave her the inspiration to learn more about aviation and her future role in it. The instructor was very patient with her and taught her a lot about the ins and outs of flying. I'm looking forward to more wonderful experiences at Anderson Aviation!
I scheduled a discovery flight and got rained out, no biggy, spoke with Michael, and he stated that he would reach out to reschedule when the weather looked better. About a month goes by, and I realize he never reached out. Went out to the airfield because I hadn't heard anything, and having used fbos across Texas, I assumed there would be someone on the airfield I could speak with. Called Diane, and she assured me it was my responsibility and I should have reached out to schedule. Rescheduled for my friend, gave him the information, and he didn't reach out to let them know he had a last-minute work situation and couldn't make it. I then got a call from Diane telling me this was a second no-show and they are really busy and they don't have time to deal with me not showing up. The first time wasn't a no show it was a weather no-go situation that we had already talked to the flight instructor about. Very unprofessional conduct, no one at the school unless a customer is paying for them to be there.. it's not my fault you're busy because you're understaffed. I have no reason to believe they can afford to keep me safe as a student. Assured Diane we wouldn't be bothering their school for business any further.
I've been flying with the Anderson's since 2020 and they helped me reach my aviation goals. They have a large fleet of aircraft and they're meticulously maintained. Their instructors are flexible, extremely knowledgeable, and focus on your needs first. You will walk out of this place being a competent and safe pilot. At the end of the day, the Anderson's truly make you feel like family. Dana will move mountains for you and Tom will keep you in the air. I'm also a fan of Free Cookie Friday!
Large fleet, and easy to schedule. Great facilities and instructors!
We went for are daughter's birthday and we had a blast I was a little nauseous lol but it was fun. Thanks Rebecca
We had three back-to-back discovery flights today with Katelyn! It was a great experience and we look forward to starting aviation training here!
Had a great first flight. Steve my instructor was very helpful and had a great personality. The rates are the best and the air strip and surrounding area was wonderful as if I was home. Thank you and I'll always fly out of there.
