Dr. Anderson's staff were great in being attentive in communicating every procedure and making sure I was comfortable during those times. I have always had a hard time of stress with dentist but the staff made my procedures relaxing, to the best of their abilities, to make sure I was comfortable. So happy I found Dr. Anderson and her great staff.
Went to Anderson for two small chips in each of my front teeth. She charged me $320.00 to fix the two SMALL chips in both of my front teeth. This was done the day before my birthday the second week of July. On Sunday, the beginning of this week my Rt. front tooth had another chip in it. I called the office to complain and they said she would return my call. I'm still waiting for her call. I do not want to go back to have her "fix" it again, because I'm NOT happy with her WORK!!! This "proffesional" dentist should at least give me a call back like I requested!!! Please don't trust this dentist!!!
Dr. Anderson and team are amazing they offer a very friendly and such a warm welcome every time I come for a dental appointment. I am very impressed with Dr. Anderson, hands down she truly is one of the best dentist I've ever had. Love my new beautiful crowns.
Dr. Anderson is very nice. She fixed some fillings in my front teeth and was able to shape my front teeth a bit to remove the small jagged edges. I had a positive experience. All the girls were most pleasant. I would return again.
The office staff and the dentist are very customer friendly oriented and make sure you are educated and understanding what you’re part of benefits before signing . Highly recommend to anyone that likes to be treated not only as a patient but cares about your service.
I would recommend Dr. Anderson and her staff! They were accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and great 1st impression! My follow up for my teeth cleaning was great with Danielle. She is knowledgeable and through. Again same friendly great Vibe from Dr. Anderson’s staff. Next week Dr. Anderson is performing a coronation! I have utmost confidence it will be met with the same excellence her staff has shown. I am so pleased to be part of the Anderson Dental family!!! Dr. Anderson put crowns on 2 teeth yesterday. She is gentle, precise and very skilled. She had such a calming effect on my procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Anderson and her staff!
If you like to make multiple trips back for your procedures to be corrected, this is the place for you. One star is for one filling done, that I didn’t have to go back to fix. Definitely get a SECOND OPINION. Second and third opinion matched, Anderson’s wanted to do extra work. The fillings they placed had to be fixed twice, before they felt correct, crown was a nightmare, multiple trips back, I asked them to redo it. They just x-rayed it and told me what a great job they did. Did a fluoride treatment, went back and they X-rayed again and tried to sell me some sensitive tooth cream. Finally got that second and third opinion. They took one look at the x-ray and said it did not fit correctly. Glue was also de-laminated. After 7ish months of faulty crown, replaced from other office and no sensitivity at all. I would avoid this place.
Dr. Anderson is a life changer. Sometimes I go into her office absolutely miserable with a dental problem and she gets me repaired so that life is good again. Her staff is very nice too. Sometimes her office feels like “home away from home.”
Dr. Anderson is amazing!! The painless local anesthesia is the truth!! Along with her incredible technique! Absolutely a wonderful experience for a dental experience!!!
I headed to Anderson dental with a problem that has persisted for almost 10years. I ignored it until it was bad and thought I was out of options. Dr Anderson was wonderful, Crystal was amazing and Vicci made sure I could get it all paid for. Thank you all, I didn’t think I would ever stop hiding my smile.
