The place to avoid by all means!!! 520 euros for an extraction of one tooth for a 5 y.o., 335 euros for cleaning the teeth of 4 y.o. and not returning the calls when there was a complication and we needed a help!!! My 5 year old son had damaged his tooth months ago and now there was an infection and pus on his gum. My husband, whose office is close to this dentistry booked an appointment. We read reviews beforehand which said it was a scam, charging unrealistically high for children's dentistry treatments but we didn't think it would be that bad. We've been to many really nice hospitals and dental clinics in London and Paris, and have paid to a very high ranked doctors, but the prices at Kids Dental are just insanely high for a very poor service. First of all we paid 520 euros for an extraction of just 1 tooth! A very simple procedure. While we were waiting for my son, they pushed us to have my 4 year old son's teeth cleaned, shaming us for not doing so before. And for this we had to pay 335 euros. Afterwards the doctor tried convincing to do more treatments, lucky we didn't agree. And the worst part is not the prices. My son had complications after the extraction just a couple of days later - the pus came back, the infection got worse we were not prescribed antibiotics by the dentist, there was a kind if a cyst that came out from where the extraction was. We called numerous times to the Kids Dental, asked to put us through to the doctor or for her to call us back to give advise on what to do as there were complications. She never called back!!!
Dr. Andersen and her staff were very helpful when my daughter needed urgent attention while we were vacationing in Paris. After an assessment, they performed the required treatment while making sure she was as calm and comfortable as possible. She left the office smiling. The clinic itself is very well-designed with young patients in mind. Thank you again!
My 6 yrs old daughter Elsa was recently for the first time ever dentist visit. She had full check up, cleaning , needed to have 2 teeth removed and one caries . She was treated with care and professionalism by Dr Anderson and her team. Their office is outstanding , high tech but at the same time looks like play ground for kids so they feel totally relaxed. I think it rarely happens that a kid comes out happy from a dentist so does parent ....... 5 star treatment , highly recommend, worth every penny. Thank you Monika Elsa
