Small convenient location near the T. Albert creates beautiful bouquets and the prices are very reasonable.
Beautiful arrangements done for me at the last minute! I so appreciate that Albert's put these together for 10am today after putting in the order late last night. The arrangements are stunning! Thank you!
The arrangement is stunning! I ordered the same day I needed them to be delivered, Albert's called to confirm that they would deliver that same day. Great customer service, great arrangement. The recipient texted me the attached photo with the words "They are GORGEOUS". I am very happy with the service and the flowers. Thank you Albert's!
Highly recommend Albert's of Brookline! I placed an online order at 9am for same day delivery, selecting one of the choices outlined on their website. It was delivered by 4pm and was gorgeous! The flowers were fresh, popping colors and styled just perfect. Thanks for helping me send a thank you that brightened my friends day!
Flowers delivered were subpar at best, left a message and sent an email with picture but no one ever returned my call. This customer service is amongst the worst.
Thanks for the excellent flowers and service. I ordered flowers over the phone and then picked them up in person. Everyone was kind and courteous. My wife loves the flowers. Thank you!
My Sister in law raved when she received these flowers for Mother's Day. In fact, she has raved at every bouquet I have ever sent her from Albert's. I will continue to order from your florist because your service is always fantastic and your flowers are always exquisitely beautiful! Thank you!
I live in the area and ordered flowers ahead of time on the website to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Not only were the flowers never delivered, but there was no outreach whatsoever to let me know a delay or issue was occurring. I sent an email in the afternoon that went unanswered and then called their number that night, but after hours the calls are re-directed to a shared customer service site who actually seemed nice enough. I clicked #2 on the instructions to indicate the call was about an existing order yet when someone answered they still didn't know I was calling about an existing order and asked if I was calling to place a new order and what was the occasion. I explained all the details and they checked my order and said to "oh just keep your phone nearby as I'm sure they'll be coming soon since it says it's for today". Since this seemed like a customer service site shared by multiple florists I had no confidence Albert's would even know I made this call. As expected, still nothing came so the next day I dialed the store number again during business hours, where the woman working the desk picked up. I explained what has happened and she said "you calling about an order? so when was it supposed to be delivered... yesterday probably? I can process you for a store credit, or what do you still want it?" No apology for the trouble, and she seemed agitated that I was calling. We ultimately got the flowers a day later, but this is a very questionable way to run a business. If you can't handle an increased amount of orders on a busy day, then cap it at a number you can handle. if you can't fulfill an order, then reach out to the customer to explain, don't rely on the customer needing to take things into their own hands. If I hadn't called, would Albert's ever have gotten around to realizing the order never went though and just kept the money? If so, it either means they're dishonest, or inept - neither of which is a good reflection on their part. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on, and will encourage others in the area to do the same. Thanks to the info shared in some other recent reviews here I've seen some other local florists mentioned and will give those a try next.
Absolutely beautiful arrangement. I sent this to a friend of mine for her birthday. I ordered on line which was very easy to do and they followed my directions and delivery date perfectly. The delivery date was the next day, and it arrived in the afternoon...which was great. With tax and delivery, this beautiful piece was about $100. For something comparable from that famous florist because I checked, it would have cost me at least $50.00 more. Please use Albert's of Brookline Florist - you won't be sorry.
My family and I have worked with Albert's of Brookline for many many years and have never once been disappointed.  Al and his team are always kind and professional and they always go out of their way to give excellent customer service. They always know how to please customers and can deal with the most difficult customers with graceful aplomb.  I say this because many years ago my daughter and wife might very well have been such customers. That is embarassing but it is true. Albert's did all the floral arrangements and bouquets for my daughter's wedding and as much as she and her mom are very close they had very different ideas about floral arrangements. My wife is a scholar of Modernist architecture and art so she preferred bold modern design while my daughter studied in England and favors the more country English garden look. The poor floral staff was caught in the middle but Albert and his expert team helped find a compromise that everyone could enjoy. All the guests complimented the flowers so I guess you could say it was a success. That was over one decade and ago and we have been loyal customers ever since. I used them for work events before I retired and I think they even did one of our son's weddings too.  Albert's is my first stop for any anniversary or birthday or retirement.  I like to bring the flowers myself so I cannot speak to their delivery but I have heard tell that they are very good. Everyone always tells me that I have great taste in flowers. I don't though Albert's does. Hee hee. Most recently they helped us very greatly with the sale of our home. We put it on market ourselves so we did not have a realtor's advice but we wanted to spruce up the place with flowers to make every room look shipshape. We also did not want to overdo it and make it look like we were trying to hard. I read in a book that flowers can be either helpful or distracting when selling a house so we asked Drew and Al at Albert's what they thought. They had us show them some pictures of our home and suggested the perfect spot for flowers.  They also created some beautiful arrangements that complimented the colors of our home and made it look nice without being overdone. We had to do this several times and they did a terrific job each and every time. I believe that one of the reasons that Albert's business is so successful is that he cares deeply about what he does and is an excellent boss and manager. I spent many years managing people before I retired and I can spot a well run business a mile away.  Albert's staff always seems happy. Even in the busiest of seasons like Mothers Day and weddings season they never appear tired or overworked. They make each and every customer feel important and attended to and they treat everyone with kindness. I believe that this is because of how Albert treats them. He is almost always in his shop and even chooses many of the flowers himself. I have seen him working just as hard as his employees and he strikes me as the kind who would never ask an employee to do something he would not be willing to do himself. His tone is always kind and respectful and I think that is why his employees respect him.  He is a terrific businessman who runs a terrific business and this is one of the reasons why we have supported him for so many years. Even after our move we still go back to Brookline and Albert's for all of our floral needs.
