I have been using this insurance company for at least the past 10 years. I own five vehicles and I'm sure all of them with them. Slowly over the past two years they've increased my premiums by over 300%. From $800 every 6 months to $3,000 every 6 months without any changes. When I called to renew this year they were very rude to me and insisted that I could not make any changes to my policy with them over the phone and tried to pass me on to somebody else. What is the point of using your company if you're not going to do anything for me and just pass me on to other companies? Do your job and take care of your customers like you're supposed to. You just lost a customer of 10 years because of poor customer service. I would not recommend using them at this point because they don't seem to take their jobs or dedication to their customers seriously anymore. I left several messages on the day my insurance was to lapse and nobody called me back so my insurance lapsed because of their laziness and negligence.
Due to their gross negligence and pure laziness my insurance policy lapsed for four days because of this company. After ten years of being a customer they blew me off and now it"s costing me hundreds of my hard earned dollars to correct their mistake. AVOID AVOID AVOID
We have had them for about 3 years now and so far they haven't disappointed. Ofcourse it helps them we are careful drivers but so far reimbursements for towing or emergency road side assistance has gone smoothly. Would. Definitely recommend
I walked in to the office to get a quote, the lady's were really nice and pleasant. The lady I talked to, her name is Laura. She explained the coverage, she made me feel comfortable so I bought the auto insurance with her. I really recommend, to all the people who are looking for auto insurance.
I came into the office looking for a better rate on my car insurance. I was insured with Progressive and my rates kept getting higher. I was referred to Anderson Insurance by another customer of theirs and I'm glad I was. They have exceptional customer service. Not only were they able to find me a lower rate with foremost insurance I was also able to get my renters insurance with them as well. I was in and out they work fast and provide me with all the information I needed to understand the coverages I have on my policies.
I started a new business. I have 2 trucks and 4 employees so I needed insurance for my business. But I don't want to spend too much money on it. I have car insurance with this place so I called them up. I talked to the owner and he gave me lots of information. I didn't know exactly what I need. He spent 30 minutes on the phone with me to explain what I need. I just thought I need workers comp. Good thing I called. Mr Anderson was very nice and helpful. Then Patty gave me 3 quotes. 2 were the same price but one was much lower so I went with them.
On Nov 21, 2016 I sent an email stating I wanted to get a quote. I quickly received a reply back and scheduled a phone call for later that day. I contacted Lis and we spent about 45 minutes going over all my policies and the insurance that I would like priced. And that's where the customer service ended. I never heard another word. I have emailed and left voice mail messages several times with no response. As irritating as this is, I am glad that I found out about the horrible service this company gives BEFORE it was more than just an inconvenience
First off, I want to mention my auto insurance is on auto pay from my bank for my peace of mind. After receiving what I thought was letters of confirmation of payment for the last two months I finally opened the letters. Letters were notice of cancellation! I was shocked since I confirmed with my bank payment was sent. I called into the office to find out why I was receiving these letters. I was assisted by a woman who said she would look into it and call me back. After about two hours, I received a call back saying she couldn't locate the payment. I proceeded to give her the check number, date and the insurance account number that was clearly written on the check. She then followed by asking "Is the checking account in your name?" as if who paid the payment was relevant. I informed her the checking account was a joint checking account for myself and my wife. I said the name on the check is my wife's name. She responded "OH!". At this point I was already frustrated so when she was shocked by my response I nearly lost it! YES I am a woman and YES I am married to a woman! She then questioned if I had the account number written on the check...this woman is OBVIOUSLY incompetent! I repeated that yes the insurance account number was on the check! She stated she would reach out to the person who entered my payment to apply the payment using the account number versus my name. GENIUS huh? I have a common name and therefore how in the world would they know where to apply payment based on my name?!?!?! Two hours later I received an email stating my policy would be cancelled and I would need to pay cancellation reinstatement fee and late fee! Yesterday I got ANOTHER cancellation letter in the mail! How can one company make so many errors?! I am done!!!!! Not only are they NOT LGBT friendly but they are also DOOR KNOBS! I will be cancelling and taking my business elsewhere!!!
When I started my business, Mr. Anderson helped me figure out what insurances I needed. He made it easy for me and one of his assistants helped me get a good price by quoting a few different companies. My business and all my equipment was insured the same day. I'm very happy.
