I love Dr. Mohan. She is one of the best doctors in the Up-State of SC. I have been seeing her for over a decade. I only have the highest respect for her and all good things to say about her. Her bedside manner is impeccable and the best.

I went to her and spent I waited for 4 months and still didn't get myc pap machine. Her Secretary and the woman in the little office are smart butts. I'm going through An Med to get my cpap machine.

We received a call today from someone that said my husband owed this doctor $18 but I sure don't know what for because we have never heard of a Dr Mohan until today. Also, he has not even had a sleep study there. I had to look up the location and I know for sure he's never been there. He hasn't even been in Anderson Hospital or wherever you were supposed to have done a sleep study at. So I can't figure how they did a sleep study on him. I don't know how, when or where they came up with a bill from when he's never even heard of this doctor before. I giess this is something we will have to try and find out. I can't give them a good review when we've never met the doctor.

I love Dr. Mohan! She is so kind and concerned about my issues!! I highly recommend her.

:Highly unprofessional: waited a whole month to get a appointment 2 days before my very first visit they cancel my appointment extended my appointment another month their excuse was that something came up with the doctor so now it was going to be 2 months of a appointment I did speak with a nurse told her I felt that it is unacceptable and enlightened her of my suffering she told me that she would see what she could do and that she would get back to me she never did I had to call back 2 days later and try to start the process all over again by explaining I have been suffering due to the lack of sleep 4 hours at night if that and no it's not sleep apnea mine is due to the fact that I cannot get into REM sleep and stay there I had to explain this to the the receptionist and other office personnel all over again but once again they had no empathy and saw fit to not even try to squeeze me in I am not asking for any special treatment just didn't want to wait so long for another appointment when I have waited so long already and no suffering patient should I contacted my insurance and filed a formal complaint and with their surance that it was unethical unprofessional for them conduct themselves in that manner I also did call around to several doctors offices and asked what do they do in the same circumstances they told me that they always take pride in putting their patients first and no matter what they would have squeezed in all of the patients that they had to reschedule and that they never reschedule so far out and that it was unethical even if it is inconvenient for their office they would made it work the nurse I was speaking with was so concerned about my condition that they actually fit me in yes I had to wait a week but still at least it wasn't as long as 2 months I thank my maker that I do not have sleep apnea I can't even imagine having that disorder and having complication and not being able to get into the doctors due to their cancellation of an appointment and unreasonable extension and highly lacking in professionalism what if I have had complications while I was waiting and possibly ending up in the hospital or worse watch out patients this doctor's office really has no empathy for their patients and as I have read the several most recent posted bad reviews just being posted a few months ago I see I am not alone on the evaluation of their professionalism and also with their good reviews being one or two years to 3 years ago and only one good one a month ago I feel Vindicated in my review also some major revamping restructuring and training needs to be accomplished immediately[ Answer to your SPHINCTER response aware of Jan 16th 2018 appt referral Nov 30 2017 and that my complaint highly explanatory is about the appointment Department Anderson sleep and pulmonary CAN ONLY LEAVE REVIEW HERE! ONLY ONE APPT NUMBER TO CALL! On Jan 12th identify as Anderson sleep lab I never assumed department it was so office contacted me never called the wrong number office told me that they have to cancel my appointment due to doctors having something come up so however your Department's works out I had a conversation with office saying it was unfair also I told what was going on with me as stated in my review but there was nothing that office would or could do office told me that the office would get back to me that evening the office never did I had to call back 2 days later or I would never had an appointment or heard from them again office still gave me an appointment for Feb 13th 2018 I cancelled the appointment because of fitted into somewhere else the automatic appointment reminder called to remind me I cancelled then so when office has a cancellation and put somebody in that cancellation appointment the other cancellation would be deleted I said your SPHINCTER is REEKING with excuses ONE MORE TIME TO OFFICE do not give your rebuttal on my review all it will be is an excuse and excuses are like SPHINCTER we all have one and sometimes they stink and your SPHINCTER rebuttal will reek most of all is HARASMENT

Did a sleep study last night and it went well.

Dr Mohan is bright, helpful, interested, engaging, wonderfully qualified, and saved my life. Literally.

Extremely caring physician who is willing to go the extra mile for her patients. Very knowledgeable and sincere.

Great place to go if you like talking to answering machines, not getting the CPAP that they say you need and then being blamed because you didn't call to remind them.
