You will learn that her areas of practice are primarily in criminal defense, divorce, child custody, child support, and real estate. Tina graduated from Keuka College in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History. She received her Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law in 1999 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2000. Before she opened her own practice, Tina spent 6 years as the Assistant District Attorney for Essex County. She conducted several investigations, hearings, and misdemeanor and felony jury trials. For a short period, Tina was the Domestic Violence Attorney for the Violence Against Women grant in the Essex County District Attorneys Office. She was also responsible for administration of the Governors Traffic Safety Committee grant, which utilized to reduce driving while intoxicated in Essex County. In November of 2006, Tina was admitted to the United States Supreme Court. Her many services included volunteering on the Board of Trustees of the Samaritan Family Counseling Center located in Keene, New York. Tina is currently an Officer of the Board with the responsibility of Secretary. She is an active member of the Womens Bar Association of the State of New York and the Clinton County Bar Association. Tina is an Executive Officer for the Clinton County Bar Association holding the position of Secretary.
