I've had nothing but great service and quality products from Anderson uniforms. I've worked for Old Dominion in Minnesota for over a year now. I've spent hundreds of dollars on uniforms out of my own pocket being a dock worker.,only the drivers get reimbursed for uniforms. Nonetheless I own 4 different hoodies, a raincoat, "Ike" coat, a fleece jacket, duck vest, 4 polos, 4 tshirts, 1 long sleeve tshirts, 5 ball caps and 3 winter hats and 2 pair of protective gloves. I love these products and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you Anderson uniforms

I am more than pleased with Anderson uniform. We ordered 50 pairs of uniform pants for our workers. They arrived in a timely matter and they were all organized and labeled by each size and employee. Definitely will be ordering from them again in the future. Thank you!!

Shannon was extremely helpful and very attentive to our needs. No pressure sales combined with excellent product knowledge allowed us to make an effortless purchase. Our polo's fit perfectly and the embroidery was the best we have yet to purchase. We recommend anyone and everyone to use this company. Placed an order on 04/19 and I received the order today 05/20. It took over a month for a small order to be filled. Not only did it take that long but the shirts I received, the screen print is blurry and faded right out of the box. I would give them 1 star but I will say that in the numerous phone calls I had with then they were nice. I called one time last week and was told they didn't have my order on file but told me that the lady who took my order would be back in 10 minutes and she would call me back as soon as she got in. 2.5 hours later I had not heard back from her so I called back and they said that she was not going to be back in the office until the following day and to call back then. So I called back the following day and the same issue with not being able to find the order but this time I was able to speak with the lady who took my order. She apologized for it taking so long to fill the order but gave no explanation as to why it took so long. A few days later I got the call saying the order was complete and would ship out. I was hoping that the shirts would look great, or at least as crisp and clear as they were supposed to but I was very disappointed in the product. This is a print for a company that they already have on file there and I've seen other shirts made for this company that look great, I guess something went wrong I the process somewhere but these shirts should not have been sold as a finished product. I will not purchase from them again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They are very patient and on top of all that you will find that their pricing is much more favorable to the customer than anywhere else you may go. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for work clothing that is durable and of high quality at an excellent price. I have gone there for multiple years and have never walked away disappointed.

Poor communication and very slow service. They over promise and under deliver. If you can’t handle the work don’t take the business. 4 weeks just to get one set of uniforms is unacceptable. I never said you can’t take time off. We all took time off. But. Month?! That is outrageous and I still don’t have my stuff.

Amazing customer service! I would never hesitate ordering anything from this company. You will always be taken care of no matter what, and I experienced this first hand. UPS screwed up and "Anderson uniform" stepped up in a huge way and fixed everything. No alot of company's like this left.

These guys are great! I had an issue with an order that was an unfortunate misunderstanding on their end, but the way they handled it was beyond what I expected - they went ABOVE & BEYOND! Turned a disappointing experience into a great experience and repetitive customer moving forward!

I dont know how this place stays in Business! We orded shirts and sweet shirts on Tuesday 4 weeks ago Michael the owners son said the would be in the next day!!!! Never heard from them so I called Friday to check on them was told I will get a call beack never heard from them Then called on Tuesday the following week said They canceled my order? Not sure why Michael said he would order them again should be in Thursday! Called they said Michael was at the wharehouse he would call me back NEVER HEARD from him called again he said that he was going to call his distributor called me back said that He would have them the next day ! Called 2 days later he said he still has not gotten them I told him Dont worry I will get them somewhere else THEN HE HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME LIKE ITS MY FAULT! Whats so bad Inwas warned this would happen!

I spoke with Ryan about a mishandled order today. After making it clear to Ryan that I wouldn’t be returning the order beyond my dispatch desk where I received it from, as I didn’t know where HR is, I was hung up on twice. Ryan acted in a very unprofessional manner, and surely didn’t represent Anderson Uniform in a positive manner. This is the review that I will be leaving on social media sites.
