First Question to answer for some is what in the world is Reiki (Ray-Key)??
Reiki means: Universal Life Force Energy. It is a hands on Japanese technique healing using channelled energy through an attuned practitioner. Reiki has its own intelligence and will instinctively know where to go, or how to unblock, reroute or give life back to what energy is already there. The body and mind is put into a deep relaxed state, and at a lowered stress level in a safe enviroment, it will alllow the client to remember its state of joy and start the process of renewing.

My personal belief that all physical pain,conditions,"diseases" start from an emotional attachment that is not serving the physical body for its greatest optimal health any longer. Life has many pressures and choices and is seemingly heavily influenced by what society has conditioned us to believe. Such as, "We are successful if we have a certain type of relationship, certain friends, belong to certain organizations, wear certain clothes, listen to certain types of music, letting us have so much self doubt in our own dreams and aspirations by saying, "thats not normal, or you cant do that."
This has stunted our growth in who we are by allowing us to forget who we have always been.

Reiki assists with the following:** (Reiki's level of success works with allowance of the clients will and belief in the process. Reiki will stay activated long after session is over, but length of time is pending on client implementing changes in lifestyle. (physical health improvements and emotional thought processes on which I will assist in with suggestions) There are no "treatment plans" put into place for Reiki treatments, only suggestions. You will know when and if you feel you need to come back!

Well,you might be thinking,"What does attuned mean? What makes a practioner special? It sounds like I could do this for myself or my coworker or neighbor could do this for me."
An attunement is activation/meditation for certain areas of physical body, chakra system and consciousness through a Reiki Master?Teacher who has had extensive guidance and experince in Reiki. This allows an attunded practictioner to be more open to receiving and intuitively know where energy needs to go. My BF who is a chef or maybe an accountant, can trim my bangs to get me by, but for a new cut and style, I am going to go to someone who has had the training, experience and wants me to have best look I possibly can!
Can anybody do this? Yes. There are energy healers that provide different methods and some without formal training and they are great! I chose to learn through Reiki and the process of becoming a Master myself because it worked for me that way at that time in my life. Throughout practicing I have learned that no treatment is the same and so they are customized to what is needed.
I have had a strong intuitive sense starting very young. It came in the form of being Empathic and I had no idea what that was, but I felt different and judged by being so sensitive to all and everything around me. I was deemed Andie Landers in school and counseled all but myself.
Life got ahold of me without having a sense of me and what a whirlwind of chaos!! With chaos came desperation which eventually led me to me and my purpose and accpetance of the beautiful empathic nature I was given. It has allowed me to live my life intuively all areas in life. Yes, at times It tells me something I dont want to do or want to know (as so I think at the time) Ive not done what my inner divine suggested to do and I kick myself. I have learned to not touch a burning stove much sooner! In relation to my Reiki, I am on auto pilot and intuitively have knowings, messagaes, symbols, and guides of different orgins come to me to assist in unlocking some doors or opening some windows for my clients.
The goal is for you to learn how to keep the energy flowing and on high vibe on a daily basis!
