Andrea believes that the Care Providers are Angels helping those in need, and that the Clients are also Angels just needing a little help.
We provide Person Care, Homemaking, Independent Living Skills Training (ILST) Program, and Colorado Community Transitions (CCT) Program Services in the Denver Metro Area.
Personal Care:
Includes assisting our clients with; getting in and out of bed, wheelchair assistance, dressing, assisting with toileting and bathing, person and oral hygiene, ambulation, and accompaniment to appointments.
Homemaking:
Includes assisting clients with meal preparation, dishwashing, bed making, linen change, laundry, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, trash, light housecleaning, running errands/grocery shopping.
ILST:
Independent Living Skills Training is training and assessment to assist clients who have suffered a Traumatic or Acquired Brain Injury, in learning the skills necessary to live safely and independently.
The staff that provide this service go through extensive training and all have prior experience with Traumatic and/or Acquired Brain Injuries.
CCT:
Our Colorado Community Transition Independent Living Skills Program is in accordance with the Colorado CCT-ILST Program, a 365 day which equips willing and able long-term care facility residents, who receive Medicaid benefits, to transition into the community. ILST is an important component in the process of transition, community acclimation and integration. The goal of CCT-ILST is to optimize independence by the conclusion of enrollment (365 days).
