I am more than thankful for the people at Andrews! I was looking for a dispensary for the daughters heart medicine when she was taking prescriptions and Andrews was the only one who could make her medication in a timely fashion. I am about 90% sure that Medicaid is not accepted but I remember coming out of pocket.

I am greatly appreciative of Andrew's Apothecary here in Winston Salem NC. Words cannot describe the level of great customer service I have received from this Pharmacy since day one. The whole staff are very extraordinary people. They really do care about their customers and it shows in their detail of their work. Whether it's regular prescriptions or compounded medication no one will go wrong with using this Pharmacy. Mike and Jerry are very compassionate and knowledgeable when it comes to very complicated health issues, and they do take the time to actually come out front and speak with you or phone consultations period it means a lot to have a pharmacy that has your back and only wants the best for you and your health.

I had a prescription faxed to Andrews late in the day and they filled it and shipped it overnight per my request.  They are so friendly and efficient.  I thank them so much!

My Dr sent a compound here to be filled. The called me within a couple hours and had it ready very quickly. Plus the pharmacist came out quickly to answer my questions.  AND additionally it is such a cute gift shop with adorable cat/dog items and hard-to-find products that I was previously ordering on Amazon.  Highly recommend to everyone!

So, I had a hormonal consultation with Jerry at Andrew's Apothecary this afternoon via telephone. I don't know where to start. This was thee most informative, and comprehensive consultation I've ever had. Period. Jerry was professional, yet humorous. Knowledgeable, yet humble in his sharing of knowledge. No doubt he's had hundreds of these consultations, yet he explained everything in tireless detail, and was patient when interrupted by my questions. We also discussed other areas I needed help based on my symptoms. By the time I hung up, I had a pretty decent knowledge of what I needed to do, and how Andrew's Apothecary could help me achieve my goal of balanced hormones, and good health.  Fantastic experience! Such great customer service here. Katie actually took time to help me and go through all the options what might help with a current situation. She treated me like I was family and answered all my questions and did not just try to push me out and get to the next person.  She helped and explained more of what to expect than what the dr could help me with.  Recommend this place over all others. Friendly staff!

They got my complicated prescription made and filled within 20 minutes.  Their shop has a bunch of cool Knick knacks and products you can browse while you wait. Each staff member I spoke with was friendly. My insurance didn’t cover my medication but their price  was super low.  Nice shop, awesome staff, cheap medicine, very quick! 5/5. Will go here again.

Great customer service and very personable but the prices aren't affordable.

Best pharmacy experience ever!!  Mike listened to my problem about a compounded medication for my cat.  He called my previous pharmacy which is out of state,  got the information needed,  called two veterinary clinics and got the medication to me I  48hours.  Great job.  He and Mary Ellen   are just the best.  They listen,  they follow through , and could not be more pleasant.  Can't say enough good things about my experience.  Highly recommend.  Wish I could give them ten stars.

This pharmacy went above and beyond. We were leaving Florida on Friday to head up to North Carolina for a weekend getaway and the doctor gave us a rx that we needed to get filled. Our pharmacy back home was giving me a hard time and wouldn’t have ready for us before leaving. In a Panic mood I called a drug store I knew and dealt with in Boone. They were unavailable to fill and referred us to Andrews. They called me and asked a few questions and then said will have it ready for 12 so when you drive-through the area it’s ready to pickup. They did just that. When I went in the staff was just as friendly as on the phone. Great service with friendly staff. Does it get any better? Definitely something you won’t get from the big drug stores. Highly recommend.
