Very friendly office staff. Pricing is the most affordable I’ve seen around this local area. The units are clean and the entire property grounds are clean and very well kept. Also the property is gated and fenced around so it’s very secure. I highly recommend.
While my experience was good, due to the location, I wouldn’t recommend it. Don’t want anyone reading this review and thinking they should book solely off my experience. With that being said, I’ve used this place quite a few times…in total they’ve held my personal belongings for over 4 years. Staff has been amazing and made it very convenient for accessing my storage unit. If you go about 2 minutes down the road toward ramsey using in MacArthur there is a lot of known criminal activity. It’s common. That’s the only reason I give it’s 4 star. Just not the best location.
I have used this storage facility for almost two years and also a couple of years prior while I was stationed at Fort Bragg. The staff is always courteous and helpful in an way they can. I would highly recommend them.
I do have a storage unit here and it's room control. I only paid $80 a month. The storage area is very clean and they take care of the property
Mid summer and they had climate controlled 10X10 units available!
Kind, friendly staff. Affordable and clean. And most importantly I'm confident that my belongings are safe and secure. Easy access...what more could you ask for.
I have never seen a simpler storage facility; the state of the art security AND professionally trained personnel made this a "no-brainer" when choosing rental units for my family's storage needs.
Friendly staff, Highly recommend this storage facility.
No security, frequent break ins. I had my locker broken in to. The detectives stated it was a frequent occurrence at that place, the back of the facility is unsecured!
They have units, not the cleanest units, and the staff wasn't to friendly towards me. But if you need to stash some stuff, you can here
