Wow. No words. This place is a GEM! They might not have as many arcade games as other places like main event but the place is super cool and the staff is awesome! Pro tip- You get 10$ of free play on games if you sign up for their rewards program which both me and my husband did. We had so much fun and because of the great first experience we plan on coming back for sure! You can have so much fun on their variety of games- some I've never seen before at any other arcade! Bowling is hefty but could be worth it if you have a lot of people in one lane. I didn't try food so I can't speak to that but the atmosphere is nice- who can say they have a DJ in house! Like that was super cool for sure!! Thank you Andy B's and look forward to coming back!
I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent changes at the bowling alley. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always enjoyed my time there. However, my most recent visit was very disappointing. The bowling alley now offers endless bowling from 9 to 11 pm, but what they fail to mention is that the kitchen closes at 9 pm and the bar closes at 9:30 pm. This is very inconvenient for customers who are planning to spend the evening bowling. In addition, the staff at the bowling alley were not very attentive. They were all sitting at the bar on their phones and not paying attention to the customers. The bartender was kind enough to serve us drinks after the bar had closed, but this should not have been necessary. I used to love coming to this bowling alley, but now it is not even fun. It is ridiculous that they are closing everything and cleaning up while they are still open for business. I hope that the management of the bowling alley will take my concerns into consideration and make some changes. I would like to see the kitchen and bar stay open until at least 11 pm, and I would like to see the staff be more attentive to the customers. I believe that these changes would make the bowling alley a more enjoyable place for everyone.
Always an amazing time at Andy Bs but Avery definitely made it even better. Fantastic service and always made sure we were taken care of. Hopefully we get her again when we’re back we will definitely be requesting her!
Toni is the absolute best server you could ever have! All around PERFECT service and such a positive, full of life person. Very welcoming and attentive. 100/10 recommend!! Andy B’s company as a whole is definitely a place you should frequently visit, especially as a whole family. Always a great experience and very clean. Perfect for all ages.
Andy B's is one of the coolest places in Denton for bowling! It's perfect for having a blast with your friends and family. They've got arcade games, tasty food, and a bar, too. I had a super fun night bowling with my friends there. The lanes are wide and the bowling balls roll really fast, making the game even more exciting. Plus, on Mondays, they offer everything at half price, and if you start bowling after 9 pm, you can play as long as you want until they close! The prices are good, so you can have an amazing time without spending too much.
Never been to a place and experienced the next level service that we received by Toni at Andy B’s. He is seriously the best ever and really takes care of us! Because of him and Fauzi make this place so welcoming and warm. We enjoy coming here for the atmosphere, customer service, food, and because they really know our names! I hope the owners/leadership value them as family and does whatever it takes to keep them.
Toni and Avery were superstars! They kept our drinks full, food flowing, and made sure we had everything we needed. Plus, they were super friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate a special request, even though it wasn't included in our ticket. Top-notch service!
Only Toni gets a five star. Great service great attitude. The four bartenders did nothing. The two girls one with pink and one with green hair refused to serve us and said they would send someone to take care of us as they sat back down on their phones, which is all they were doing for a while at the bar when we walked up. We finally got the manager involved as Toni ran around caring for everyone. And finally the pink hair got up to bring us a drink but they ruined it with a sour flavor. Toni is not going to take care of everyone forever...fire useless rude people they only hurt your business and poison your good employees.
Took my kids and grand children there for a family night. Bowled and had food. Had a blast and Avery was our server and was so professional. She was so slammed and still took so good of us and made sure we were always happy and the food and drinks were great. We are so glad you hired her on your team. She gets 5+ .
We enjoyed a nice Friday night out, we had our server, Avery, approach us politely and our appetizers brought to us promptly. We were alerted our lane was ready and introduced to our next waiter, Roman. We requested to keep our same waiter but Roman also took care of us as well. Thanks to these guys, we had a great time!
