Wow! I called to set up a payment plan and not only was the staff friendly but they were helpful and considerate of my situation. I sure appreciate them going above and beyond.
I recently injured my heel and had to have surgery. I have a prosthetic already so I literally don't have a leg to stand on. I've been dealing with neve pain for the last 16 years having to take narcotics daily. Doctor Janeen Richins took the time to give me other options to fix it. Whatever she gave me was the ticket because I actually got 2 days of total relief. I have not been pain free like this in over 20 years. It is a bummer when it returned but at least I have found options thanks to Dr. Richins. Absolutely awesome doctor very attentive and listens to your issues.
I lost my vocal cord in surgery this dr. Botimer did not even come to see me before surgery and EXPLAned HIS PROCEDUREl. To et me know the procedure he wS going to use on Me. He distroyed My vocal cord my life family and life. there was so much damage done I have trouble breathing have high levels of anxiety from not able to catch my breath. I s⁷uffer every day trying to breath lost my family and kids MY LIFE I SUFFER IN PAIN NOT BEING abLE TO BEATH. WHEN ITS HARD TO BEATH YOUR BODY GOES IN to HIGH LEVEL ANXIETY SHOCK. If your going to get anesthesiologist RUN WHEN YOU SEE THE NANE BOTIMER. I HAVW A BREATNING DR CONFIMS IT FROM THE BRESTHING TUB HE KNOWS WHAT HE DID ND AS A Man HIDES FROM GOD KNOWS HE KILLED MY LIFE . Was making frequent payments over the minimum and was sent to collections. This was after them telling me I can just pay it off whenever and there was no rush. Ended up paying full remaining balance to collections after not being able to find my original account with the company. At least provide honest information to your customers.

Horrible customer service. Sent me to collections AFTER I paid my bill. Payed my bill twice and now can't get ahold of anyone for a refund. Screw this place.
